Hej Taipei Arena Hotel

I stayed with them on my trip to Taipei and I was very impressed with the quality, location and service of the staff given the price we paid for. This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone who are visiting Taiwan and don’t know the language. I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting from the US!

5 mins walk from taipei arena station exit4. Breakfast is good not too much but enough. The room is big and clean.

A very nice hotel located in a quiet business area. Clean and comfortable with very friendly staffs. Been staying here for last 5 days and back for one more days in few days time before heading home. Will definitely want to stay here again whenever I’m back in Taipei. Oh, the breakfast has a decent spread of selection with nice coffee. Not a big spread like like luxury hotels but more than sufficient for a simple traveller like me

Convenient location, just a few minutes walk to Chuan Shui Tang and Chai Te Bakery

It is a clean and specious hotel , great shower pressure with no fluctuating issue. i spent my 3+4 rule of quarantine stay , the last 4 days i was able to go out and purchased some necessities. I like how big the room felt and allows me to do some exercise without feeling restrained . i stayed on the 9th floor, looking out majestic Taipei 101 building , it was a treat !!
Staff were amazing too , very responsive and polite . They do charge $20 each time if you order uber eats or other food delivery service which was clearly explained when you checked in .
Overall i was very happy with my stay in here , price was reasonable and location was very good too . highly recommend !!

I just spent a week quarantining there.
Big clean room (enough space for yoga or workout) with a huge window, big bathroom with the best shower I've had in Taiwan. The meals were good, the staff was very helpful and responsive.They also accept food delivery. I'd definitely stay there again!

在a站訂到平日16xx的價格，居然能住到格局空間都很不錯的飯店！窗外居然還能看到101！房間乾淨舒適，沒有任何異味或潮濕味，夜晚也很安靜；浴室水壓超強，洗澡很暢快！床不是軟床，支撐力很夠，不會腰痠背痛，很舒服！早餐雖然不比大型飯店豐盛，但是小而美，也是吃得很飽足！離捷運站走路幾分鐘就到了，也有很多公車路線可以選擇，不開車也不覺得不便；這次住宿非常滿意，下次北上會再選擇這裡，超推👍

大廳很整齊，在年節時來訪，也非常有過年的氣氛，早餐餐廳也整理得非常乾淨，咖啡機也是最新款的，冰熱咖啡各種口味都有，早餐也非常細心，選項好多種喔！印象最深刻的是馬鈴薯沙拉，馬鈴薯的香氣以及甜味非常有水準，再搭配其他的菜色是最完美的早餐
