1516 Bistro

We were extremely happy to find this cozy place where exquisite food is served with a genuinely kind hospitality. While pig knuckle was as good as it boasts, the venison and beef consommé were definitely the highlight of the night. Owner was super nice and very caring, and I was impressed by her patience on the phone and in person. Also even tho it's a bistro, it's fairly friendly to non drinkers like me. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates traditional dining (that is no "time limit" was applied" and no influencers posing pretentiously next to your table). Thank you for the amazing food and welcoming greetings!

Awesome little German fusion store with great selection of flavorful dishes that's good for sharing. Hearty home cooked dishes that are savory and good for pairing with wine and alcohol. They also allow BYOB with a minimal $200nt glass cleaning charge per person. Will be back many times over.

Weekend family gathering dinner at this bistro, the staff is friendly and helpful, every dish is amazing and the baked crab meat with egg is wonderful 😄

Serving only German wine and authentic European bistro food. Service can be a bit slow but acceptable. Do make reservations in advance as seats are very limited.

餐點絕對少見又美味的餐酒館
主要走德國、土耳其的料理
單價稍高，但以餐點的稀有度來看，絕對值得
整家店也很有歐洲小店的份圍，位置不算太多，氛圍愜意但熱鬧

試了三道每道都非常滿意
口味偏重，特別是甜點，甜度相當高

蟹肉烘蛋整份都是滿滿紮實的蟹肉，難怪價格那麽高
蟹肉的鮮味滿點，但整體比我想像的少了些層次一點
外層 Ｑ 彈的烘蛋比預期的味道清淡許多，因此蟹味相當明顯
建議是 3-4 人分食一份會比較剛好，不然到後面容易覺得海鮮味過重，味道偏單調

起士的味道很濃郁

甜點 Künefe 非常推薦
口感、味道的層次都極度豐富
外層一絲一絲的質地跟炸紫山藥捲的外皮類似，但口感更勝
高溫燒製的糖漿淋上後，即便是相當重口味的甜，但燒過的糖香依然讓人一口接著一口，有層次的甜香

有多超爆好吃，就等多超爆久

菜單只有一頁，品項不多，選擇困難的人還是會很難選哈哈

第一名超驚豔 amazing 好吃：蟹肉烘蛋/藍泳蟹/雞蛋/蝦醬 $1380
一開始覺得好貴喔，一直在猶豫要不要點可是評論都說很好吃，所以就還是點了一份結果真的超好吃！每一口都是蟹肉很鮮甜，反而不知道蛋在哪裡🤣吃完都可以橫著走了🦀

不過每一點一到都要再等十幾20還是30分鐘，反正你不會一次吃到兩道菜就對了⋯

德國豬腳/炒酸菜 $680
好吃！是很軟嫩，一切就化開的那種，但是皮很脆，加上也炒得偏軟爛的酸菜很好吃！

煙燻炙烤鴨胸 $780
櫻桃鴨/梅子醬油
這個就不太是我的菜，沒有入口即化的軟嫩，有點像筋還是生咬不太開需要一點時間咀嚼的那種，也沒特別注意到梅子醬油😅

麻藥玉米 $280
水果玉米/起司/蛋黃醬
這是請服務員推薦的，好吃！畢竟水果玉米本身就很脆又多汁又甜，攪拌完超好吃啦！
