FRANK Taipei

One of the best bars in Taipei, with an awesome up close view of Taipei 101 from the balcony and roof floor. Bartenders are friendly and easy going, and willing to customize a drink for you on weekdays. Please don't expect superb bar service during rush weekend hours, it's not going to be perfect anywhere else too. Music is okay, atmosphere is always fashion and chic. One of a kind experience!

Perfect spot for a nightcap, cocktails and drinks if you want to also lose yourself in the eclectic decor surrounding this interesting watering hole in Taipei. Cocktails at the bar outside on Level 9 seemed a tad bit below par. Bar inside looked like it served a meaner concoction. Service is good. Ambience is on-pointe. Rooftop lounge is very Instagram ready too. Definitely a bar for those trigger-happy wanderlusters!

Frank delivers the upscale lounge experience with a balcony overseeing the famous 101 tower. Extensive bar with specialty cocktails, locating at the heart of many other different night clubs.

The food menu is above average, private booths and tables with more privacy are also available.

DJ booth situated in the center of the venue. Diverse customers, mostly English speaking or at least bilingual.

Nice atmosphere and cocktails.

You can see Taipei 101 from the rooftop. A nice place to meet up with friends while seeing good view/enjoying the great cocktails and food here.

French fires are pretty good too

Had a great time! Other than most places around here you don't have to pay an entrance fee. Cocktails are around 300-500nt. What made it pleasant is the sight of the 101 and if you feel like taking a break from the music u can just hop outside

Super worth going. It is expensive with that the location cannot be otherwise. You can enjoy a drink with the direct view to the 101, just amazing (the picture was taken from the bar terrace). Cocktails are really well made!

Pretty friendly atmosphere even for people who does not speak much Chinese. Rooftop has a nice view so would be a nice place to take around whenever your friends visits to Taipei.

Great place to start the night out in Taipei! Has nice views of the Xinyi Area, nice seats and attracts a trendy crowd! For the quality and selection of drinks, this is also one of the places I have been served the fastest! Do keep in mind that that only applies if you're at the bar or at one of the paid tables though, as the staff will not look for you at the outdoors area.

Large roof terrace with a view of the 101 tower. Interestingly there's a set of swings (yes, like the ones you find in kids playgrounds) arranged into a circle and set on an elevated area which is good for photos. Entry fee is NTD$500 which gives you two drinks from the menu including cocktails and spirits which are up to NTD$400 each. Incredible value. Service was great and the crowd was very civilised, great place for a classy girls night out.
