I had a last-minute engagement I had to attend, and I was in dire need of a haircut. In a rush, I called up this barber shop, and to my surprise, they graciously accommodated me even though they were close to closing. I opted for both a shave and a haircut, and I must say, their craftsmanship was nothing short of impeccable.

From the moment I walked in, the attention to detail and professionalism of the barbers was evident. They took their time to ensure my haircut was perfect and the shave was as smooth as it gets.

I can’t express how impressed I am with the service I received. This barber shop truly understands the art of their craft. The experience was not only efficient but also incredibly enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a barber shop that goes the extra mile and delivers top-notch results, this is the place to visit. It’s definitely worth your time and I highly recommend paying them a visit.

While staying nearby in Ximending, my bear was getting a bit long and my travel razor wasn’t cutting it. I googled around for a barber shop that would be able to give a proper shave.

In my Uber back to Ximen from another tourist spot, I called to make a reservation with about 2 hours notice. The barber who answered spoke enough English to take my reservation over the phone and quite good in person as well.

He was so meticulous with the shave, personable and responsive. The shave cost around 600NT. Maybe a bit high for a shave, but given his attention to detail and meticulous job, I’d say it was worth it.

I only got a shave, so I can’t comment on the haircut, but if I had to guess based on the shave, I would imagine he would do an impeccable job.

There are definitely less expensive places in Ximen for a haircut, but cheaper, but they won’t give you a wonderful shave and definitely won’t have anywhere near the same attention to detail.

Got a great haircut from Morris. Walked in with no appointment, barely had to wait at all. Very reasonable price. The staff helped me in English. I already booked my appointment to go back next month!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you are a foreigner who needs a great cut for you or for your kid, this is the place to go. AC styles up my kids hair with mad skills and style. He's also the only person in Taiwan that I will allow to cut my very curly hair. He also has some great service for those of us with facial hair. This is where you want to go to get your hair done!

Great barber, easy to communicate with. He just know what hair style exactly fit you. The gears are retro style but the haircut is not. Overall it was an awesome experience.
