Convenient. Some of the staff members are quite polite and helpful when it comes sending packages abroad or with banking related issues. Perhaps the only downside I'd faced was the long waiting time whenever only a few staff were on duty

有一位櫃檯人員口罩總是掛一邊耳朵。
如果某些服務因為人力不足只有特定時段才能辦理就應該先公告，而不是民眾花時間排到隊了，才被告知現在不能辦
