Sounds Good Cafe

Located near Da an forest park, this cafe has 70-90s Taiwanese music vibe and great nostalgia feeling.

They have different collections of old Taiwanese Vinyl Records with old music sheets, books inside. Lots of music history and vibe.

We ordered ice coffee, ice hand drip with Mexico beans, egg yolk creamy bacon spaghetti and pesto sauce chicken spaghetti. All taste good.

They also use Aesop as their hand wash, you can see from there that the owner would like to build the cafe with great quality food and everything. It’s really nice to stepping into there and have a little getaway afternoon time with busy Taipei life. Highly recommended.

THEY HAVE THE BEST COLLECTION OF VINYLS😍 They have all of my favorite albums and you can request to play it! Love the ambience too! They really pay attention to the decorations so you can take pictures in every corner! The latte art is so cute🥺🤎 and the hojicha is delicious. The staff is very very friendly. I would definitely go back because it is worth the price and I have an enjoyable experience here🥰

nothing better than spending an afternoon with your best friennnd at a cozy cafe with good food, cool tunes, and thousands of vinyl records waiting to be discovered. this was our second visit and i have to say that sounds good has to be one of the coolest cafes in taipei 😌🎧

each person gets an unique menu with a vinyl record on the cover that you can play on the record player 🎞 when it comes to food, the salmon ochazuke here is my absolute favvv 🍚 there are also coffee, musical cocktails, and even elvis presley’s favorite sandwich (peanut butter + bacon + cheese + banana) you can try 🤭🍸 oh and did i mention from the lights, the counter, to the bathroom sink, everything here is music themed:)! the best part is that you can even request vinyl albums to play 🙈💫

Nice place for coffee. Especially for the music. You can listen to any music they have there. First come first serve. So there would be eclectic sorts being played. Unique display of phonographs as well. I was there for coffee and met some interesting people whilst sitting on the singles row.

Cool niche cafe. I recommend to book a table in advance. The lemon tart was very nice. Good crust and a pronounced lemon flavour.

The brownie was not as good since it lacked depth and didn't have much chocolate flavour. The ice cream is store bought and it would elevate the dish if they made homemade ice cream.

The sesame milk is good. So was the chocolate milk. Price is not cheap and the total came out to 726 NTD.

Staff is very nice and they frequently refill water for the guests.

The music is more oldschool than pop which I prefer. You can play music by a station, there's a headset. Pretty cool.

Worth a visit if you want to try a hip and niche cafe.

I’m a coffee lover and have been tasting coffee everywhere I go this one offer new level of how good coffee can be. So in love with their ice latte. Very simple menu yet so gooood. A MUST

Indeed as the name says it really sounds good in this cafe. The sound system is a mix of old and new technologies. Great food and coffee.

Has a great collection of records and often organise record listening parties in the basement. They also let you browse and play their records if you're dining there

One of the best places to visit while we are in taipei. Its easily my top fav place and experience to listen to the vinyls and see the passion and kindness of the lady boss. I wished to come back and see the atmosphere at night if possible. Beautiful zorin turntable and decor.

Really cool cafe! The manager was nice enough to come up to me and let me know their menu contains a unique vinyl that you can play on their record player. So cool! Delicious coffee as well!

Sounds good coffee has a friendly atmosphere with a cool vibe and great audio system. Their coffee is also high quality and enjoyable. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a coffee and hang out.

Unique atmosphere, if u want quite and classic location with personality, SOUNDS GOOD CAFE IS DEFINITELY YOUR CHOICE (I revisit)

What a cool vinyl themed cafe. Loved the design and the drinks were excellent.
I'm no vinyl head but the equipment was legit and sound reproduction was really ear opening.
