I had a great experience buying my first proper road bike here! The customer service was great; Jimmy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The store also had a great selection of accessories. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a great experience to rent bikes for two weeks. We had two bikes reserved for tour of Taiwan. Mechanically they were in a good shape. And pick-up/drop-off were easy and through. We will likely use them again in the near future.

Rented a bike for some Taiwan climbing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Nick gets a major shout out as he was really helpful from fitting the bike to telling us local information about the climbs around the area. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Superb experience at this giant store at fuxing Taipei .especially Gary who took considerable care in handling all my queries and very good customer experience.we even went for a small quick ride. Eventually picked up new giant propel advanced 2019 hand delivered at hotel.

Myself and my partner hired bikes from here for the huan dao. The bikes were excellent but it was shop assistant Frank who really made the whole hiring experience smooth and stress free. He was ever patient in answering our many questions, he allowed us to extend several times and even kept the shop open late when we had a mad dash across Taipei to eventually return them! What a guy. We love Frank and giant bikes 🤩🤩🤩

Bought two bikes here October 2019 (for my kids) to take back to Canada with me on the plane. Bought a bike for myself at this store as well August 2018. Really attentive and good advice from sales staff (tallish guy with glasses) who took care of every aspect including printing out a VAT/tax refund form and calling the cab company to arrange for a minivan to take me and the bikes to Taoyuan Airport the following week. I can't speak for the service department staff but I had very good experiences with the sales staff last year and this year.

We chose this shop to do a bike Tour around Taiwan. They were very friendly and gave lots of good advice. Prices are reasonable as well. I want to thank Nick in particular for suggesting sections of the island to avoid biking.

Superb service. All members of staff are not only very welcoming but also extremely dedicated to their work and make sure you end up with the right gear. Especially Jimmy is the fountain of knowledge when it comes to cycling gear, his English level is also probably the best I have heard in Taiwan. All in all, great experience, cant wait to explore Formosa on my new bike now!

Very helpful staff, & great service. I had a Mis-aligned derailleur, must have happened in the flight from London to Taipei for Challenge Taiwan. Service staff had the correct tools to measure to determine the bent derailleur hanger was bent too far & recommended I replace it rather than risk being bent back. Service was quick & efficient, helping me service replace the rear hanger & service both derailleurs until it was smooth. Very reasonable prices too!! If you have a Giant & need some servicing, this is the place to go!!!

Sam helped me with buying a new tcr and with fitting, new equipment, and everything else that I needed. I can’t say enough about the customer service here, he made my experience and trip to Taiwan so much better and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for bike service to contact giant Nanjing and Sam in particular. He even assembled and helped me pack the bike carefully for the airplane when he did not have too. Thank you very much Sam and I wish you the best, Giant is lucky to have you as an employee and I hope everyone can have the same experience that I had!

Excellent store, with a fantastic service department. Mr. Xu helped me change pedals on my road bike, isolated and fixed a squeak, and adjusted the front and rear derailleurs on the newish bike without even being asked. Expert and courteous service, fast and inexpensive. Highly recommended!

Great service. Dedicated hospitality. I purchased Roadracer, TCR2 here. They modificated the package to appropriate size to reduce the shipment fee. Also they kindly teach me the nearest post office, and lead me to the post office!!

I recommend this shop surely. Post office is about 300m from this shop. So it is much convenient to ship the bicycle abroad.

Very helpful and English speaking staff. Even helped me to call the airline to ask if I can take the bike to Penghu. A bit bigger than the usual giant store.
