Awesome hotspring place, they have individual pods for you to soak in. the bathing facilities are good, with hairdryer and clothes spinning machine to dry your wet clothes...

you can boil eggs and corn outside. rent their basket and buy corn and eggs!

We drive all the way from JiaoXii and required an hour. Road was easy to drive.
There is a entrace fee of NTS 200 per pax to enter the area.
The thermal pool was good!
Make sure to bring your own swim suit with swim cap and towel! Many parkings provided. You can walk in and buy ticket, I will post tickets prices and information. Hope this helps!

Unforgettable experience to boil eggs and corn. Egg need to boil 12-15 mins and the corn need to boil 22-25 mins. Egg cost 25NT per piece. Corn cost 80 NT for 2pcs (minimum).

Great experience at a hot spring! We cooked eggs and onions and both were great, the kids especially liked fighting the steam "monster"

Amazing hotsprings, the water feels smooth and silky on the skin. Unfortunately the outdoor pool is closed for renovations, so we can only soak at nude springs that are separated by gender. The facility is kinda old but does have hot and cold pools. Wearing a cap is mandatory.

That is a special hot spring area with alkali water right in the middle of the valley on the territory of Taipingshan National Park. It not only has a wonderful hot spring which makes your skin felt like silk, so smooth! It also has egg-boiling area where you can cook eggs, corn and other stuff right in the spring. We enjoyed this trip a lot.

Very nice place to go especially autumn and winter, suitable for family, friends and couple, you either choose private room or public pool, public pool strictly required swimsuit wear, you can buy eggs and cook there too after you soak in hot spring. Private pool you can mix the hot and cold water manually. If you are going to Bong Bong train for day trip make sure you go early, the train available every half and hour, only available from 730am to 230pm, only local school holiday available till 330pm.

Oh this might be me or not. However, make sure to bring a swimming suit and cap or else you might miss out. This public hot spring was a fun experience during the winter. Should check it out if you need to recharge yourself on a long drive through a zig zag route on the mountain. They have a hot and cold spring pool. They also have private hot spring areas if you prefer that instead.

My favorite place if you're tourist or traveller who likes to see and experience new things well this place is perfect... Staying in Taiwan without visiting this place will not complete your Taiwan travel goal. With its natural hot springs , mountains and forest adventure one day is not enough to enjoy the place. I recommend to bring drinks water cola etc because at this place everything is expensive like bottle water is only cost $100nt 😂 for real so make sure you bring lots of food and drinks before you decide to stay for a day or weeks here but if you are rich enough then money is not a problem to u anyway 😄 enjoy and have fun!!! This is a wonderful onsen which is clean and well maintained. The water is alkaline. I highly recommend to use its beautiful public pool, which means you should bring your own swimming suit and cap. There is a simple eatery to recharge. You can buy eggs, baby corns and bamboo shoots at the store and cook them with boiling onsen water.

Very creative design with private pools carved out from rocks for one to enjoy themselves in. Facilities were well maintained and kept clean.

We had a relaxing day thanks to this place! Not too many people when we arrived and we were the first ones to take over the pods. It was a new and great experience. highly recommended!

The best hot spring experience among Taiwan, US and Japan. The facility is a little outdated, but ylit has everything you need. That It won't stop you from dipping your exhausted body into soothing hot spring water pool. I walked around pool and found cold, warm and hot spots to satisfy my curiosity. They all worth trying especially under the waterfalls splash is very similar to hot water massage. It is a Sunday afternoon. Our party was surprised low population in the pool. We had a fun one plus ours simmer in it. All fatigues are gone. Minerals water formed a soft smooth layer on the skin. With the reasonable low entrance fee, I would say it well worth a driving from Taipei to enjoy this nature wonder in here. Afterwards, my party brought corns and eggs to hot spring boiling pool. What a unique way to have corns and eggs from boiling hot spring. I tasted them the first time and gave them two thumbs up. Yeah a beautiful Sunday for sure. Note, The bare minimum is to bring your own swimcap, swimwear, slipper and towels.

It's fun to cook our food in the hotspring water under the sun. We all had a great time here.
