Lots of animals that you rarely see. The staff also upkeep the place very clean. Whenever the animal poop, they will quickly clean them up. A free desert too which is part of the entrance ticket. Very educational for young kids and good fun for adults

These animals can do no wrong. Just visit the farm and you’ll be bursting with laughter by their cute antics.

There’s an entry fee and another option which includes DIY workshops. Pick the latter for more fun! You’ll get to make spring onion pancakes, harvest your own baby corn and even enjoy an extra treat.

Either make this farm the main highlight of a day trip or give yourself lesser stress and have an overnight stay in the area, so you can drop by the amazing Jiuzhize hot spring.

Super clean and well-organised experience. Absolute must-go if you are near. Animals are clean and healthy with close interactions with people. They actually take care of the animals very well.

We had so much fun at Zhang Mei Ama's farm.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly. And the animals were docile though the cheeky sheeps and capybara were always following us around hoping for another treat.

I really love the alpacas, chilling around and just waiting to be fed. The capybara were another favourite as they greedily munch down their treats.

Such a great place for both adults and kids!

This is arguably the best farm in Yilan where visitors of all ages will enjoy interacting with the many types of animals kept in the farm.
It is not difficult to notice that capybara is the crowd puller simply because of its composure and calm demeanour, indeed many other highly social animal such as alpacas is crowd favourite too, it has a chill character in my opinion.
The Valais Black-nose sheep originated from Switzerland, is a bit aggressive in nature. It will not shy to raise its leg to touch you begging for the leaves in your hand.
It is better to come in the morning when the animals are hungry so that they will gather around you looking for the feed.
The compound is not very big however it is well maintained, it is clean and the staff is efficient and friendly.
A must visit if you are in Yilan.

Animals are cute :) Each person gets a bunch of grass. You can't purchase more grass, but if you leave reviews on fb they give you more grass (smart marketing tactic)

but still, good experience! families with kids will esp love this place.

Good for family activity. It's 200 twd per person with free snacks included. You can feed the animals, there's 3 stations, and stipulated duration you can spend at each station. You can also feed milk to the deers at the first station (but only at selected timings and limited slots-have to leave a 5star review in order to feed the deers - that's why here I am). Don't feed away all your grasses at the first station, you will need it for all 3 stations, but at the last station you will have to like the page and post story to get the leaves (also more grasses) for baby kangaroos. Overall good experience.

Our 1st destination of the day. And we can say its really awesome here. Place is clean and we dont see this kinds of animals else where.

Animals in the farm is taking care very well. They are also cute. Staff are accommodating.

Animals are so cute! And the atmosphere is great for them. But they will chase you for food. Haha

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Considering how up close you could get with the animals and how you could get a free snack afterwards the entrance fee is actually really affordable. Environment was clean, doesn’t stink. Valais black nose & capybara were our favs

This farm is definitely a must go if you are visiting Taipei and have kids.

Before you enter, they will pass each group a bunch of leaves to feed the animals. I can't believe how tame the animals were such that even young toddler (my 1.5 and 3.5 yrs old girl) can touch and feed them. There are quite a variety of animals roaming around. My kids totally enjoy it.

While it is very hot in Jul, they have built shades in the japanese style garden. So it is not that bad and you do not have to be exposed to the scorching sun at all time.

The tickets can exchange for a snack such as pancake or donut before or after visiting the animals.

They sell drink and ice cream there too.

If you only have time to visit one animal farm, then this is a must.

The staff are friendly. Animals are cute and calm. Instructions given by the staff were clear and good. They treated the animals well :)

The DIY session at the farm is awesome!
The children also love the experience feeding in the farm. The place is clean and nicely decorated.

Highly recommended if you love animals. Animals were well behaved and staff were helpful and friendly in getting them into position to help you to take a photo.
