Should be the biggest Mall in the Hsinchu and at least one of the largest Mall in Taiwan.
It has everything.
2 supermarkets located at the basement.
Tom's world and cinema located at the top part of the Mall.
The foodcourts also sells a lot of variety of food.
I think it wil take at least 0.5 day to complete viewing the whole Mall

Very big and spacious, and very comfortable to go about shopping compared to malls in Taipei. There are all ranges (price) of cloths, foods, ice cream and even some fun activities on the top floor to go about like dart, baseball, bowling, arcades.
Parking is not easy around here.
Environment is pretty good.

Lots of food to choose. I even brought a bag at porter Taiwan. Can spend 6 hour at the shopping mall. Overall 100% experience

A crazy big mall with 8 different levels of shopping! There is even an official Snoopy store. 😍 The food court is massive and has so many food options.
The unique thing about this mall is that they ask you for your car license plate when you purchase anything in the mall as that will help waive the car parking fee. The more you spend, the more likely the parking fee is waived.

This mall has everything for the entire family of all ages. Review written in July 2023. There is an entire Soho department store (closed the one next to train station), Family Mart in B1 (don't need to walk across the street to 7-11) two separate north face stores, a north face in the department store, a grocery store, luxury brands, and any brand you can think of. No GAP, have to go to FE21 on Xida Road. First floor in Sogo also has currency conversion services and stroller rental. Spend $10,000 NTD and you get five hours of free parking. Parking is cash only and no tickets, your license plate is scanned. Parking garage will get full early (mall opens at 11, Starbucks opens at 9) so be patient when trying to park in the garage. $350 NT haircuts in B1, massive food court with 70 options on the fourth floor, movie theater also on the fourth floor featuring Western and Asian movies. Pokemon machines on floor five and floor eight next to Toys R Us. Seventh floor has sit down style restaurants and the eighth floor contains an arcade (Tom's World), bowling alley, batting cages and even more restaurants. Sixth floor has a gym. The hotel next door was converted to expand the size of the mall. This mall is the largest in northern Taiwan and features more than 3 million square feet. Half of Hsinchu is here on weekends. Wear comfy shoes. A must see.

This is one of the most incredible malls I have ever been to. By far the biggest around. 8 floors of shopping and eating. I suggest that if you are in the Hsinchu area, that you take a day and go visit this place. Absolutely amazing to say the least.

Located in the heart of hsinchu city. Big city is the biggest mall with 8 levels of shops and restaurants.

Ranging from luxury, home furniture, clothings, electrical appliances, movie theatre, grocery and many others.

Please prepare ample time to walk as 1-2 hours may not be enough. You will need a good pair of shoes even though there’s many seating areas on different level. You may get lost at this place!

This is the biggest mall in Hsinchu that I visited at the time. It is basically a one stop shop for everything.
There’s food places, games and cinemas not counting the many designer shops.
If you ever find yourself in Hsinchu, you’ll probably find anything you are looking for here

A big shopping mall in Hshinchu city. Main mall is SOGO. Has a food court on the 4th floor where we had an affordable good lunch. There are also many other small food specialty shops in basement example selling bread and bagels etc. Free shuttle between the Hshinchu TRA and mall is provided.

It’s a huge mall with everything you need. Food, shopping, electronics, health, beauty, cinema etc you name it. Good to spend at least 2 hr here if you want to do some shopping

Massive mall in central Hsinchu City. Locals claim this is where everyone goes when the weather is unpleasant. Multi-story (5-6 at least) mall with plenty of informal and more formal dining options as well as a plethora of shops featuring brand names from around the world.

One of my favorite mall in the city ❤ always coming back to spend the rest day.. food court absolutely the best 😉

Best place to shop in Hsinchu, wide variety of shops of all kind, and some around the building.
Huge food quart in the 4th floor.
Prices are similar to other places I tried in Taipei area.

Great Mall! They have the best brands, lots of restos as well.

Good mall in downtown with all brands. There’s a free shuttle bus service for the mall from Hsinchu station every 1 hour.

Fun for the whole family, Tommy's world and the leisure centre on the top floor are worth a visit.

Its walking distance from Hsinchu station.
With intense crowd and famous shops.

Gathers all the major brands, heaps of excellent restaurants, Big City is currently the only shopping mall in Hsinchu area, and definitely a locals' favorite!
