店員很客氣，停車稍不方便，騎樓還蠻寬敞的

多座位可供休息喝咖啡， 東西也很齊全 ，人比較不會那麼多，是個休息的好地方，

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I would frankly give 0 stars if that were possible. I feel I do have to leave a review so others can hopefully dodge this bullet. I've never been so disrespected. This is my first and last time picking up a package at probably any OK Mart. I went in and kept saying, "請 (please)" and "謝謝 (thank you)" to an older female clerk works the Tuesday night shift and wears black rectangular glasses and has short hair. At the end, she never actually looks at me and finally tosses my receipt on the counter rather than handing it to me like any person who's taught basic manners. And bear in mind, this place was barren; I was the only customer there the entire time. I now get why so many others left 1 star reviews. Y'all, if you don't want to be disrespected, shop and send your packages elsewhere, smh 🤦🏻‍♀

結帳時不詢問客人有沒有載具什麼的 還要等客人跟你講才可以刷？跟妳反應然後在那邊靠北什麼？

這家分店員工素質差、服務態度不佳、不知變通、刁難顧客，每次領包裹都受氣。店長請好好教育一下員工，尤其是今天上午班的女員工。如果員工們這麼不喜歡領包裹的業務，麻煩本店可以不要列入領取包裹的店家名單

服務人員一臉不情不願的，服務態度極差，消費者好像欠她錢一樣😒🙄

晚班智商堪憂的店員，寄S105超商專用的紙箱，跟我說超過不給寄，量也不量直接跟我說裝不進他們物流箱，所以寄件規則是定爽的嗎？還是教育訓練不夠好? Ok的點已經夠少了，不要再耍智障了。
