Le Ruban Pâtisserie

I ordered a mango cake for a birthday party. I am a pretty good baker myself, I was very satisfied with the quality. I liked the texture of puff pastry with custard cream, moist and soft cake layer top with fresh mango. The price is reasonable for the quality you get. I am glad I order this cake from Le Ruban

French style >>> with Rum and Lychee cream you can even taste pulp of lychee very tasty

Cinnamon roll made by Pouchong tea is special flavor, and the design of the gift box is nice. But the tube of cream & caramel are very difficult to squeeze as its texture very thick not like syrup ...

Finally tried it! The lemon cake is super good! Now I know why always so many people line up in this shop!
I also tried the strawberry mousse cake..has many layers and taste very balance and not too sweet!
Even the tea selection taste good as well!

Cake! It is the most famous of this shop. It is high quality and also high price.

Had the famous hard-to-get duck egg yolk pastry given by my #bff, which was the most mind-blowing experience this year.

I ordered all my friend's cake from this cake shop. They love it. Seasonal flavour are always surprisingly good.

Bought a Lemon Glazed Cake last night for my wife's birthday celebration. Both of us always enjoy cakes a lot, yet we don't want cakes to be over sweet. Le Ruban did a great job on that cake.
The sugar glaze was sweet (of course it's sugar after all, compared to cakes made in somewhere else, it was already not sweet at all though) but since the cake itself was not that sweet and it came with the smell of lemon and slightly sour flavor, even taking a bite with the sugar glaze on the cake, it was pretty balanced.

Frankly speaking, it was a plain style cake. It didn't have fancy decorations or plenty of chocolate on it. However, I do like the look of the cake due to the way they made it, elegant and simple.

There were a lot of customers inside, yet in my case the staffs were polite and friendly. Happy to revisit some other time.

Tried the seasonal chestnut cake, it was great! Not too sweet like the usual mont-blanc cakes, and the tea-jelly layer in the cake was a really nice touch that balanced everything out.

I visited the place on the high hour of the day, the store was PACKED! but the amazing employees kept their smile on and was super nice and polite to me, the cakes and drinks were AMAZING!
But I think a bigger space would be more comfy for the customers that prefer to dine in, but besides that, everything deserves 5stars!
