Very nice gym. Sales Jessie is very friendly n professional. The personal trainer Tracy knows how to train people right. Their shower rooms is the best. A very highly recommended gym.

Pretty much the only 24h gym in Taichung. Brand new furnish and equipments with a reasonable membership fee.

I have very little time in the day, so it's great having a well equipped gym open at all hours as I can attend late at night. Even at these unusual hours, there are patrons working out, and the staff are usually there well after their advertised 10pm office hours. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and even though it's not a large establishment, I seldom have to wait to use equipment. After almost 3 years, the equipment is well maintained, the place is clean, and the staff are still friendly and helpful.

Jessie was excellent! She’s super friendly and eager to help. The atmosphere here is great too.

Jessica is a really professional fitness consultant. The gym is clean and tidy. Definitely worth a visit!
