台灣郵票故事館位於台北圓山大飯店的二樓，由門口進入大廳後往前方階梯走上二樓，即可看到台灣郵票故事館在介紹圓山大飯店的歷史迴廊的右手邊。

與其說是故事館或博物館，倒不如說是紀念品商店，在這邊沒有陳設展覽，倒是可以買到許多很具有歷史意義的郵票及相關紀念品，如果是郵票收藏愛好者，應該會很喜歡這邊。

不過店面有點小且有點亂，或許有些郵票收藏愛好者眼中的寶物藏身其中。
