I was there for buying stuffs. I feel this place is nice to visit and see stuffs which you can see online but can’t feel the accurate size. This place is same as the online store you can find almost everything. And can buy by seeing the demo. You don’t need to pay the delivery charges. Crowded with people because everyone want to see stuffs before buying. It’s good place according to me. I will sure visit again.

The staffs is very helpful. I bought a phone and l am a happy customer. The phone that I bought is nice and the price is great. I have received an excellent service from the staffs. I like小米 which allows me using two sim cards. I can use one slot for a local phone carrier and the other for USA. They work in hamony as one.

As usual awesome Xiaomi products and very helpful staff. You must take an ordering sheet first for any purchase. After giving the sheet to the staff, they will call you by name so you can pay for the products you want to buy.

One of the few official xiaomi stores all around the world that you can get phones with global rom and Google play as default. Also I found that the accessories are priced much lesser than similar types at other places.

I bought my second phone here. Because this is Taiwan, all phones have the global ROM. The service is excellent and english speaking. Both times I got free screen protectors together with the professional service of applying them to my newly bought phone. Both times I was offered to check the main functions together with the staff while I am still in the shop. Guarantee is 1 year but only Taiwan wide. Highly recommendable shop. Because of the global ROMs and english speaking staff, and because of the kind and professional service, I prefer this shop to the Xiaomi shops in mainland China. The prices are about the same here and there.

Mi Taipei is the official retail and service centre for Xiaomi products in Taiwan. On the second floor, the Mi Taipei provides excellent customer service to both newcomers as well as old ones. Here you can browse xiaomi's wide range of products, from smartphones to small appliances such as vacuum robots, all of which are significantly cheaper than the rest of the competitors. The only thing one should worry about is the warranty as xiaomi currently has no service centre outside Asia.
