Even though there are some travelers in the temple but the atmosphere is not too hectic.

Very well managed, they have english instruction for praying.

Would recommend to queue for evil- warding mini ceremony (doesn’t take too long).

Free to walk in but be considerate if people praying. Nice little temple with old designs. Enjoy a quick trip only about 15 minutes to see. Oh, read up on the prayer blocks that look like red half moons. Drop them after prayer to see is you can draw a number for your destiny 😉

This place is a famous temple in the city.
There many are people get in the lines for a local blessing ceremony (as I understand).
You can get here by the yellow MRT line and walk about 5 mins.
I recommend you to visit this place whenever you have a chance.

I used to come here very often praying for everything goes smoothly when I was living and working in Taipei.

The temple is built to honour the god of the martial arts Guangong. It represents the spirit of justice and what we call as "YiChi", an honourable behaviour that always standby the side of the love ones.

You can find your inner peace the first moment you step into the temple.
Listening to the beautiful chanting sounds, learning how to greet the god and how to worship them by heart.

Even you have zero knowledge of Tao philosophy at least you get to appreciate the beauty of the architecture and the culture.

One of the most famous and worshipped temples in Taipei. A must visit if you're around.

They provide spring couplets for free before Chinese New Year. The queue is long and the number is limited so better go early.

I visited this place on CNY, and I ..drag all my family to offer prayers 🙏 It was clean, and there is no need to burn any papers or incense.

This Tao temple has very solid tradition. It host a god that’s in charge with Business. The typical layout with insane amount of the daily activity. It’s what people here really regarded as one of the great temple.

A famous tourist attraction in Taipei where locals come here to seek blessing from God for good health, luck and fortune. It is also a good place to find inner peace and serenity.

It’s one of the bigger and more popular temples in downtown Taipei and is conveniently served by a subway station. It has a welcoming vibe and is not intimidating, unlike other places of worship that impose strict rules to visitors and non-adherents. They offer clean restrooms and free drinking water.

Lying in the center of Taipei city, Xingtian temple is the temple with the most visitors from all over the world to North Taiwan, the number of visitor and tourist going in and out the temple in a day can reach tens of thousands of people. Xingtian temple is belonging to polytheism, mainly worshiping the 5 gods in Chinsese culture.

Not even free for public, Xingtian Temple also has some special characteristics: No merit boxes, no gold burning, no performing thanksgiving to Gods, no fundraising campaigns and banning business acts. The temple is run by Xingtian Legal Group, which also built two libraries (located in downtown Taipei and Beitou) and En Chu Kong Hospital in Sanjia, showing that religion not only soothes light people's hearts, but also help people's daily life very realistic.

Xingtian Temple is around 10 minutes from Songjiang Domestic Airport and 15 minutes from Taipei Main Station, also located right at the cross between Songjiang road and Minsheng road, 2 of the main roads of Taipei city and right in front of Xiangtian Temple MRT, giving it a great destination and tour spot with convenient traffic to get and go.
