Taipei Garden Hotel

Very nice hotel with top end amenities! Room was large enough with comfortable bed. Bathroom is awesome! combo bath & shower and high tech toilet. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of food, well worth it! We were on the 14th floor so had a pretty good view of the city too.

We are a couple visiting Taipei. Kevin at the counter helped us out with checking in. The service is great and personable. We were overcharged due to some technical issue and Kevin resolved it within a minute.

Location is great. Lots of food and night market around the hotel. Parking is easy and convenient. We also like the Gym a lot. Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Taipei.

Rooms were really good, and staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet options, if you opt for hotel breakfasts. Location was great, walking distance to Ximending. There’s a Carrefour building just across the street with lots of food and grocery options too. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Value for money. One of the biggest rooms available in the heart of Taipei. Short walk to Xiao Nan Men MRT station exit 2. Do note that this entrance is without lift access. Breakfast was good but remains largely the same throughout our one week stay. Overall a good experience and recommended for those travelling with families too.

Location was v convenient (XiaoNanMen MRT) and diagonally opposite was a carrefour that you can do your last minute purchases before heading home.

Room was spacious (triple room) and they even offered a snack bar option from
11-9pm. Will stay here again

out of the 4 hotels we stayed in throughout our whole taiwan trip, none of them was better than taipei garden. the rooms are spacious and cosy, with ai system that is very convenient! breakfast was delicious and definitely more varied as compared to other hotels. the gym is also well equipped with machines and equipment that are well-maintained. there is also a staff stationed at the gym who explained to me how to use certain equipment. would definitely go back if i visit taiwan again

Taipei Garden Hotel is more of a business hotel but its very suitable for vacation stay too. Room is fairy large with view of taipei 101 if you managed to get east facing room. Voice controlled amenities in the room. Lots of shops within short walking distance. Ximen is about 15-20min walk.

One of the best hotels which we have stayed in Taipei. Room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The Smart AI in the room is very interesting and innovative. The hotel is about 1KM walking distance from Wanhua station (for those who want to go Keelung, Ruifang, Jiufen) and 300m walking distance from xiaonanmen station (mainly for travelling around Taipei). Opposite the hotel is Carrefour, McDonalds and Haidilao. There is also a 24hrs laundry near Carrefour.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but it is also close to train stations and amenities.

Great experience! Stayed here for 2 weeks in a triple room. Housekeeping kept the room tidy every day, the room had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to both the Ximen and Xiaonanmen MRT stations. Service was excellent as well, they were attentive and even delivered chopsticks to our room as requested. My only critique is that the bathroom had a blurred glass window in which you can see people sitting on the toilet? However, it does not affect the experience as a whole. Super polite and respectful staff; you can even exchange foreign money at their front desk. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Happy to stay in this hotel. The room is newly renovated and incorporated new voice control features. Useful to turn on/off all the lights, open the curtain,.. Also, the room is clean. For location wise, it is near to xiaonanmen station, not as convinent as staying near main train station but sufficient for us.

Price/quality = perfect. Kind staff, bright modern equipped room, good service. The only small minus that hotel is located close to hospital so sometimes you will hear the sound of emergency car.

Hotel was conveniently located close to XiaoNanMen (green line). Local eateries nearby (please use the “back door”). From the main door it seems like nothing much.

Convenient store, coffee etc is just less than 3minutes walk. Room is spacious with bathtub.

We chose this hotel mainly for the size of the room. It was big enough to accommodate our luggages, stroller and baby cot, while still giving us space to walk around the room.

The bonus was the location. It was near the night markets, temples, shopping streets, parks and 24 hours Carrefour.

Quite a distance if you're walking to Ximending. But rooms are quite new, serves good breakfast and has lots of amenenties nearby. The hotel is located just diagonally across 24hr Carrefour Guilin store and 24hr McDonald's.

Had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for a week while on holiday in Taipei. As the hotel was renovated not too long ago, everything was brand new. I got the luxury double room and it was big. Even the bed was much bigger than the standard king size bed. The bathroom was spacious and it came with a spa-like soaking tub. Controls in the room were all voice activated (Much like Google Nest/Alexa) which was good if you were lying in bed and too lazy to get up lol. You can even pair your phone to the device and listen to whatever you want in your phone. House keeping was top notch as the rooms were well cleaned and tided everyday and all toiletries, accessories and conveniences were replenished. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. However, if gym is your thing, you might be disappointed as it's rather small and the equipment old.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice part of town. It's a short walk away from the Xiaonanmen MRT station. If you're into running, there's the Taipei Botanical Garden just behind the hotel for your morning runs. Two night markets (Guangzhou Street Night Market & Nanjichang Night Market) are also nearby the hotel where you'll find delicious street food. Taipei's famous youth district, Ximending is just one stop away from the Xiaonanmen station. All said, I totally enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I like to stay at Taipei Garden Hotel whenever I stay in Taipei. Its nice and they made an effort to refurbish the place though it was still well maintained when I am there just before covid lockdown. Location wise not ideal because its a walking distance to the MTR, hope the hotel management continue to do beyond norm to attract tourists to this nice hotel.

A good hotel. We got a pretty good deal and were more than happy with what we got. The breakfast is awesome although I would wish for a bit more variety in terms of dishes changing over the days. I practically are the same things over the course of a week. The receptionists were really friendly and helped whenever we had questions. The rooms are nice and had modern showers which we loved. It is definitely worth the money if you plan to go there for vacation.

Great place and locations for Indonesian, easy to find food surrounding area, but they dont have swimming pool as 4 to 5 stars hotel
