Really enjoyed my stay here, especially the made to order breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel library and garden created a nice vibe. Would stay again.

We stayed here in May for our sons wedding at the National Palace Museum. The stay was pleasant with attentive staff and comfortable accommodations. The restaurant was also good and both the front desk staff and restaurant staff were able to communicate with English speakers. We would stay here again if the location is where we need to be

Walking distance to the NPM. Great neighborhood. Although our room was at the street's side, noise was not an issue. Fantastic hotel service. Great breakfast. Has a self-service laundry. Clean all the time. Good value for money. I would recommend to someone I care about looking to have a great stay at Taipei. Thanks to the staff, professional and dependable.

The staff were very professional, I had a situation where both my credit cards were not working due to a suspected card fraud situation. The front desk staff were patient and friendly as they let me sort it out. The rooms are large and spacious, and feel luxurious. The surroundings are quiet and it is located not far from the national palace museum which was a plus point. I thought it had an outdoor place to soak but I was mistaken and the nearest baths are about 30 mins or so from the hotel. The only thing about the hotel that you have to note is when you arrive you will have to find your own way to level 3 to check in. There is no one at the ground level where you first arrive which was rather surprising. I also thought that someone would offer to help bring my luggage to the room as we were a family of four, but there was no such offer. Other than that it was a great experience.

Clean and Quite environment with nice views, I was staying on 8th floor, really enjoyed the big windows that allows me to do Yoga facing the green mountains, filled up of positive energy in the morning.

The daily meals were also exceptional! Very healthy and well-balanced. 😊 It’s hard to not gain weight with these yummy meals during the stays.

They were kind enough to accommodate all my requests, I asked for the special meals, a yoga mat, packing tape, HDMI cable etc.

Great hotel to stay, especially during the quarantine.

I chose Yusense hotel as quarantine hotel. After the initial shock about the quarantine procedure itself I figured that I made an excellent choice. Why?
The room had large floor to ceiling window; the view was on a pond which calmed me. The bed was comfortable and so was the chair. And the bathroom was nice and modern.
The food provided was quite good and the staff tried to follow my preferences and once I could leave the hotel it was nicely located and there was a park following the riverbanks.
Overall I am sure that this hotel was great choice given the circumstances

Having stayed previously at a more basic quarantine hotel, I spent considerable time researching the best option for quarantine this time. The Yusense hotel has not disappointed. It is an absolute gem! We booked two rooms for separate 14-day quarantine under the rules at that time, but fortunately the rules changed. Yusense were quick to advise of the change and asked if we wished to share a room for the shorter period. We took the opportunity to upgrade to a ‘Water View’ room.
On arrival, after a 14 hour flight, we were greeted by a very clean and spacious room with all the amenities that one requires.
The following morning, we enjoyed views of the local university and mountains, with the added bonus of a water garden in the foreground just outside our window. This was a real pleasure in which to pass our quarantine days. In fact, it felt more like a holiday!
The staff have been most helpful with a quick response to any request. We have been especially pleased with the quality of the food. The meals are well balanced with a wide variety of both eastern and western style cuisines. The only disadvantage has been the persistent rainy weather but that is certainly not down to the hotel, but rather the unfortunate weather conditions. Would we return to the Yusense? Yes, yes, yes without a doubt. A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay a very pleasant one. We hope to make a non-quarantine visit in the near future to take advantage of the nearby countryside and local attractions.

Staff and room are highly recommended! Client service from the first step into the hotel to the check-out was excellent and one of my best experience in staying in hotels. Meals were dropped on a small table outside your room door timely for breakfast, lunch and dinner (sometimes with a surprise of afternoon dessert) ,and food were prepared with great quality from western to oriental style (breakfast and lunch seem made in-house) and the hotel picked some well-known restaurants for dinner. If quality and taste of meals matter to you strongly, I would say you can rest assured on their healthy and tasty food. Room was quiet and prepared with sufficient daily supplies. I can definitely feel their staff is caring about you and getting what you need while the 15-day quarantine. Awesome hotel for my trip!

It’s my second time to stay here as the quarantine hotel. The service was nice and the room is wide and clean enough. Hotel located in a very quiet area surrounded by mountains. Meals were nice and served Taiwanese and western foods accordingly. Some days even received free afternoon tea/ coffee but it would be nicer if they provide regularly. The staffs were very helpful so just request whatever u need while staying.

My partner and I stayed at Yusense for our 2-week quarantine back in March and despite having to stay in two separate rooms we had such a nice time that it was almost difficult to leave. The Deluxe Rooms that we stayed in were big enough to have enough space for exercise and yoga and the hotel was kind enough to give us exercise mats on the house. The rooms are very clean, with spacious bathrooms and a bathtub. I stayed on the side of the hotel facing the road, while my partner’s room faced the small forested mountain behind the hotel. Both were really nice and furnished with simple but elegant teak furniture. I think you could even see a bit of one of the Chinese roofs of the National Palace Museum from the mountain-side room. I would definitely stay here again!

I have a privilege to stay in this hotel for my quarantine period.
The place is very clean, excellent service, helpful and kind staff.
They even take care of lots of thing such as women day for my wife and I.
About the food which they providing ( it was good, somedays were better than others but in total they provided nice food)
They have some surprises (eating surprise I mean) at some evening and the day of your departure.
In my Persian new year, I have asked them for some stuff and they provided excellent services (special thanks for it)
I recommended this hotel since you won't feel uncomfortable while passing your quarantine time.

Stayed in Yusense hotel during my quarantine and I had an excellent stay at the Yusense Hotel.
The meals were great, the breakfast and lunch prepared by their chef every day and most dinner was TW local food, really delicious. The room is very clean with spacious/modern bathrooms and a big bathtub. The bed is really comfortable.
Their service is also excellent, every staff was very polite and friendly and fast response to your needs. I am really glad that I did the research and decided to stay here. It’s def worth the stay and felt like home during these 14 days. Thanks Yusense Hotel :)

I have spent 2 times quarantine at Yusense Hotels and I recommend it. The hotel is well located, in front of the mountain and with some activity in the day time... It is quite important when you have to stay 15 nights at same location... I stayed 2 times at the Deluxe room. there is enough space, the room was very clean at arrival, with all the necessary for 15 days. Then, the communication with hotel is easy and smooth via Line. The service level is excellent! action is always taken promptly. I recommend to everyone... Just hope to come next time not for quarantine again...

My wife and I did our quarantine period here. The room was nice with a good view. Service was good too. And most importantly, the staff was very helpful regarding a lot of requests we had to make for our personal emergencies.

I spent a good amount of time searching for a quarantine hotel to make sure my stay in a contained hotel room will be comfortable and not depressing. I am really glad I found Yusense hotel. Into my 4th day of quarantine, the spacious, well-maintained room with large window looking at mountain view defintely help the passing of quarantine time. Services are superb, staff here are very courteous, responsive and caring. I am very impressed with their flexibility and accommodation to my meal adjustment requests. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to have a regular stay in the future!

The room is quiet and clean. The mountain view is very relaxing. Food is excellent. We even received sparkling wine and cake as a surprise. The bed is a bit hard, but still acceptable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit outside the urban area, but the connection is extremely convenient.

I stayed in this hotel for my 7-day COVID-19 quarantine. Although it was inconvenient to be confined in a room for 7-days the hotel staffs made my stay tolerable and even surprisingly enjoyable sometime. The hotel staffs were very friendly and responsive. My room has a great Mountain View so it was always nice looking at the mountain through a huge window. Despite that the hotel has such a great view it is actually in the city, so it is very easy to order stuff using Uber Eats if necessary. During my stay, I was never served with the same meal and hotel even provided afternoon refreshments. The Internet speed is pretty good so I was even able to get much work done during my stay.

Stayed at the Yusense Hotel for 15 nights due to quarantine reasons upon my return to Taiwan. Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior is very beautiful with all wooden furniture and the room also has a very nice view facing towards the mountain. The meals served everyday was very delicious and varied, with fresh fruits, juice and salads served every morning. The room was also super spacious with a huge bathroom that comes with a bath tub! The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, and always available upon request. Overall, I can not recommend enough of this hotel, and if you are travelling to Taiwan looking for a place to stay, this is the place to be. 10/10.

This hotel is amazing with great staff and good quality of everything including the furniture, bath tub, room size and so on! The staff are polite and passionate about their job including providing anything I need during my stay! They even provided me a Yoga pad and weights during my quarantine’ The hotel is very new and clean indicating the managers’ good taste! The Mountain View is very nice making me want to stay longer! I highly recommend!

I did my 3+4 quarantine from the 21. to 29. of June and I must say the service is just excellent. It is easy to communicate via line messenger and the staff promptly replies 24/7. the rooms are modern well equipped and the food they serve is plenty and delicious. Fast Wi-Fi! I highly recommend to stay here.
