Aqua Restaurant

I brought foreign friends to Taichung and was recommended by friends from the catering industry. The overall experience was good. I highly recommend the outdoor area during the day. It would be even better if there was some light music!

The best place in Taichung. The food was delicious. I have never tasted such delicious truffle pasta .We went as it was our colleague’s Birthday, they even gave us a printed pic of the Birthday cake and us. Very thoughtful.

Food was good. Great atmosphere and wonderful service.

If you had the chance, you could visit the restaurant. The service, cuisine, and dessert are super delicious. By the way, they also supply the vegetarian food.

I was going to give a very bad review at first. The check in process was horrible. We had reservations at 6 and we arrived before six. There were quite a few empty tables but they just would not seat us after asking a few times. They didn’t sit us until 6:10 when I quite bluntly said your check in process is terrible.

However, the staff who was serving us, Kevin was absolutely fabulous. Kevin was very patient explaining the menu and waited for us to figure out how we wanted to do family-style dining. He was very quick in servicing all our asks and made sure all the food were up to standard. Thanks Kevin!!

Absolutely loved the 3 person meal set. Trendy and chic atmosphere. Lots of IG opportunities. Also plenty of selection on the menu with a nice blend of fusion cuisine and suberb quality western cuisine. Staff is attentive helpful and even speaks English.

Great food, good atmosphere and friendly staff! We went there with 4 people and chose the 800ntd 4 course meal. Salad/soup/main/dessert. Very interesting dishes and high end presentation. Everything was very well balanced. Vegetables were fantastic. Meets are of ok quality but overall great experience. You can tell the chef put a lot of thought into it.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing and the staff provides excellent service. The view from the window seats are beautiful and the music playing in the background is so soothing! The food also looks great and tastes great :) Definitiely will be coming again.
