Great service, we were picked up and dropped off by car to the restaurant. Food was quick and tasty. We were planing to have lunch on the mountain top, but we ended up there to lunch. Thank you. 🙏

A great place to stop for lunch if you are close to Cingjing Farm. Parking spaces were limited outside the restaurant but luckily they have staff around to help you get a lot. Many tour groups also stop here for the food. The star of the show, undoubtedly, is the roasted chicken. We also ordered bamboo shoot, locally grown cabbage and clam soup which are not too bad as well. While indulging in our meal, we are treated to a panoramic spectacle of rolling hills and lush greenery.

The standout dish of the meal was the roast chicken. The portion was generous, and the chicken was succulent and perfectly roasted. Each bite was a savoury delight, and I couldn't get enough of it. For our seafood fix, we opted for the steamed trout and the trout soup. The steamed fish was exceptionally fresh, and its natural flavours shone through. However, it was the trout soup that surprised us. At first, it appeared deceptively light, almost like plain water. But as it simmered, the taste of the fish and the various ingredients infused into the soup, creating a rich and tasty broth. I would highly recommend enjoying the soup after your meal to appreciate its flavours truly. The salad we ordered was a refreshing side, adding a healthy touch to the meal. On the downside, the mountain pork dish left something to be desired. It was a bit too tough for my liking, which was disappointing considering the high quality of the other dishes.

This is a highly recommended restaurant around this area. This restaurant's signature dish is their high pressure roasted chicken. You have to make a reservation for the roasted chicken one day at least due to the time of preparations. Other than that, they also serve local vegetables that have a very unique taste and texture. A must try if you are visiting this area.

To make it easier on tourists, they have set menu dedicated to the size of party. You can change our dishs of the same price or add on more. Rice is standard and comes with set meal.
The main dish they are known for is the chicken, the clay pot roasted chicken. The chicken is very simply dressed with salt only. Yet, the flavor is complex, you truly taste chicken, but it is not just any kind of chicken, it tasted like many herbs and seasonings should have add to it, but it didn't need or have it. I believe the clay pot it roast in is seasoned with the chicken before it and the small space force the inner chicken flavor to come out!
On the side note, I really like wild hog and their stir fry of the wild hog is darn tasty, I can eat it with two bowls of rice at least!

Authentic and delicious food. Run cleanly by the local folks. Roasted chicken is legit roasted by wood and dragon vegetables is special. Ate 2 times at this place!

Breathtaking view and delicious clay pot chicken. The chicken has beautifully crisp skin while the meat is tender and juicy.
The whole thing just melts in your month 😋😋😋.
The other dishes were well cooked as well and the portions were generous.
The dinning area has huge windows and offers a fantastic view of the city.
If you are in the area it's definitely worth a visit.

Had one of the best roasted chicken - one of the local delicacy - served together with 高麗菜, which is their cabbage. Tasty and succulent chicken with skin burnt to just right. They even allowed us to take a photo with a chicken that is still cooking in the pots. You can have a meal overlooking the clouds and mountains.

Famous for their roast chicken! A definite to try if you are around the area. But note to make reservations in advance as the Resturant might be crowded during dinner time.

Genuinely one of the best Taiwanese style meals we've had in Taiwan. The clay pot chicken was crispy, juicy, and had such a deep and rich flavour. Vegetables were all fresh, and service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come again!

Food was super tasty. The chicken was just a tad over cooked, but the amazing flavor made up for it. The trout soup was super delicious. Highly recommend.

Food is reasonable priced. We ate here twice. Tried the roasted chicken the first time and sturgeon fish the second time. They cook the sturgeon in 3 styles: soup, steamed and gongbao. The gongbao style is nice. They also provide transport to and from your resort. Just ask your resort reception to call for transport at your preferred time.

Crispy chicken and sweet steam fish. The vegetable is cooked perfectly too. Soft with a crunch.

Came there yesterday, we experienced better than our expectation from reading Google reviews before, the staffs' kind gesture obliged me to write this review. The food is good, even my picky daughter loves it, the place is clean, the staffs naturally exhibit toughtfulness, really lovely people.

There are Filipino employees, who are kind and can speak English. Very helpful and great hospitality. Big Thanks to them 💕 The food was great especially the roast chicken. The view is breathtaking and awesome. After coming back from snow, this place offered a warm meal for us that too with a wonderful view. Love it. The location of the restaurant and their food are heart warming 😀
