Love the touristy vibe of this place as im a sucker for touristy things. Please avoid if you hate these kind of places. Got a small visitor fee about 90NTD per pax if I recall. Comes with some free egg, tea and cookie or ice cream and some other discounts. Sells lots of their teas here. Besides that some nice places to take photos

Peaceful tea shop that offers tea tasting + tea egg and black tea egg roll biscuits for the entrance fee. They also serve gelato as well. The shop offers a wide array of tea selections and local snacks perfect for souvenirs. Great stop if you visit Sun Moon Lake

You would feel calmness from the moment you set foot onto this place. Away from all the busy buzzing of city life and air pollution this would be a perfect retreat for you either on the way to or back from the Sun Moon Lake! Highly recommend it and don’t forget to bring your wallet as you can shop a lot at their souvenir die shop which ranged c Ron their high quality black tea ( famous for their black tea so you won’t see any green tea here in case you are looking for green tea) to dried plum snacks to strawberry popcorn and mushroom rice crackers/biscuits.

Authentic Taiwan Sun Moon Lake Tea, HOHOCHA is for those who loves tea. They have 4 famous tea which are Amethyst, #8, 18 and #21. Each with its own flavours. The award winning is Amethyst Tea. Very natural in taste.

Tourist friendly area with lots of parking. There’s an entry fee which allows you to choose 1 free activities such as tea drinking, herb egg and ice cream(discount)

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the tea. No rushing, no pushy sales.

Was a nice stop on our way to sun moon lake. They have a nice little walking area where you can go and see the tea leaves they're growing. The primary facility is a nicely put together tourist shop, restaurant, and cafe. On the 3rd floor is mainly for tour groups but we were able to try a tea egg which I found rather tasty.

On the second floor you're able to try different types of tea and I would recommend trying some of the tea flavoured gelato afterwards.

Overall a nice experience and nice to see how tea is made and being able to try different kinds of tea.

It's a beautiful place which I do not mind to revisit. The entrance fee is twd70 per pax and can be used to redeem the famous sun moon lake no.18 black tea and tea leaves egg. Don't forget to snap a few nice shots of the tea plantation before you leave. Oh it's also worth to try their gelato too! It's delicious 😋

Easily the superior of the two tea attractions nearby. 80 NTD entry fee, but free black tea, tea eggs, and almond cookie for you to eat, and it gets sent by a robot waiter!

There is new place here. including camping area. Main offering the Sun Moon Lake black tea feature local products. need to the entrance fee 70 NTD. However, it offered the 2 choice you could use. (a free tea egg or use for reducing 30NTD for ice cream) and 20NTD voucher for souvenir. There is just little small. so not the major attraction for your trip.

Inexpensive at 100ntd, including small cup of tea, tea egg, and 20ntd coupon for any merchandise purchase. Very friendly for children and foreigners.

Extras include tasting of 4 teas in second floor store. Ice cream shop is wonderful. Requires entry ticket. 100ntd per 2 flavor cup. So many tea flavors of Gelato! Ruby and Assam were great. Oolong flavors we re weak on the oolong, cantaloupe was great.

Ticket price is NT$70, totally affordable. Besides, you can get a NT$20 coupon and a free tea egg.

One cup two different flavors ice cream, 80 NT dollars. You have to pay another 70 NTD for an entrance ticket(adults). You can buy anything -- food, tea, or souvenirs by using this 70 dollars. But lots of people choose to have a nice treat -- one tea egg and a 1/3 cup of black tea on the 3rd floor. Be able to have a pretty nice walk here, especially on winter days in Taiwan.

The place is so cozy.
We booked tickets before arriving at the place. Upon our arrival we received the ticket and we used it a a voucher to get the free tea egg, tea and cookie. Their tea never disappoint me because it’w so good. Specially the number 18, I will always remember the aroma of that tea.

The workers inside are great, they accommodate people who has some questions about the tea which is also their products.

Overall everything is great!

Well organized place to enjoy the Sun-Moon district famous product - red tea. The tea egg tastes good. Suggest: the shop sell the tea egg marinate sauce. Tourists like me will be happy to get as souvenir.

Definitely stop by here for their tea inspired gelato. Very yummy, especially the Grapefruit

Great stopover before or after a long trip. They serve specialty tea and snacks. Souvenir and ice cream shop located at the 2nd floor. Might be too crowded on holidays and weekends.

Nice, newly built tea house with big shopping area and a tea process museum. Included in the entrance fee are a freshly made tea eggs and a cup of local black tea. Wide selection of different teas and biscuits.
