MayBE Music Bar

A fairly nice and must visit music bar in Taipei. The new bar looks so well decorated and the DJ station reveals its characters. Drinks' pricing is surprisingly fair with this location and fame. I must say it is heaven for people who love 70's to 90's music. No fancy technical, rave nor weird stuffs. Just a place filled with nice music, joy, laugh and drinks. Again, a must visit bar if you want to chill, have a drink and enjoy nice music. Cannot really point out a second one.

Highly recommend , this is a must “go-to” bar in Taipei for a fun out night. Exceptional music and live band which organized by the owner, starts at 9pm on the second floor, the performance is quite beyond the amateur level , definitely brings the vibe to enlighten the night .
Else that, the decent quality of cocktails and food, where else can be better than here?
Maybe is a place you would like to visit without regret , either you are alone or with friends.

If you're a fan of 80s music, there's no better place in Taipei. Low-key, fun place. The owner and DJ Bruce is a great guy too! Always have fun, especially when we go with a group of friends.

If you're a rock fanatic, this is definitely the best bar to be. From 70's hard rock, 80's metal, to 90's grunge, you name it. Mr. Bruce, DJ/Owner, is really nice and fun. You'll feel great hospitality here even you're the first timer. Crowds are also great, you can sing along anytime you want and enjoy the vibe that only this unique place can bring you.

A very nice bar! I went there last Monday by myself. Bar owner Bruce and staff there are very friendly and talkative! I can even meet some new friends there!
Love the atmosphere and they have a wide selections of both Jazz and pop musics. You name it and they will find this song for you right away.

Every time I come with friends, we always have a great time. Great music and atmosphere. The boss is very enthusiastic and welcoming, be sure to bring your drink and say hi! You might even get treated shots on the house. If you like music, karaoke, and drinks, make sure to visit this bar, solo or with friends, as there are always great and friendly people there! As introverted as I am, I’m always another person when I’m at MayBE Bar.

There's a mic so it seems like karaoke but it isn't. But who cares? Everyone just sings along and dances, and it's unique. The service is good and the drinks are fine, the music is what is great (they take requests too) and it's a really fun experience.

Great vibe, decent cocktail and witty owner. If you claim to be a classic rock music fan, definitely a must go.
P.S. The dumplings are divine when your hungry at 1 am.

Playing nonstop 80' music ! cool bar.

Came here at 3 o'clock in the morning one day just as they were about to close. They stayed open for us, and we had a great time hanging out with the bartender. Cozy pub with friendly people. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a bar that stays open late.

The first floor is a bit too noisy, but it's a bar so it's normal. Highly recommend the second floor tho! It's more quiet, and you can enjoy more spaces with your friends!

Nice old school place right in the middle of the Taipei city.

One of my favorite spots in Taipei. Love the vibe, Friendly staff, & the music was awesome. Definitely, check this place out when you’re in town.
