Bar After Nine Whisky & Cocktail Bistro

We discovered this very nice place walking by and hearing some Gipsy Kings songs... Had their family band at our wedding (exactly 3 months ago).
We both had Kavalan Taiwanese whisky, which is of very high quality. The feeling was great and we made new friends!

Great atmosphere and an amazing collection of whisky. The best thing is you can get them by the glass. All 200 different bottles of them! Heard from the owner that they will have at least 600 different kinds of whisky by their grand opening. Not a big fan of cocktails but they got pretty fancy cocktails also.

Cosy atmosphere. Set with a friend and had a chat with the owners. Got good service and recommendations for we we should be trying. We didn’t try the food but the variety of spirits was really good.
We were told this place will undergo some renovation soon - looking forward to see how it will turn out.

Nice atmosphere! Feel so relaxed at this place. The cocktails we had were pretty nice and the decoration were amazing. The average price for one cocktail is around $350.

We arrived at the bar before 9! Lol but they were more than happy to see us. Tried some 7Yo rum drinks on the rocks . The bartender also introduced a nice bamboo and pineapple flavored cocktail and it was yummy.

The entrance of the bar is pretty low-key. The vibe is great inside! The bartenders were also nice and professional. They don’t conform to their fixed menu and will adjust according to the day’s supplies as well as customers’ preferences. Definitely recommend after dinner in the area.

Cool multilevel bar that serves up some tasty cocktails, near the popular Yong Kang Street.

Enter through what looks like a plain building lobby but go up the stairs to a modern, industrial looking bar setting. Their menu wasn’t that extensive but their signature cocktails were delicious and well crafted. We really enjoyed the whisky based cocktails; even better the drinks didn’t take long to arrive. Apparently they serve food there but we didn’t try any since we stopped by after dinner.

Definitely worth stopping by for a drink if you’re in the area.

Good cozy vibes and creative cocktails. The only suggestion I have is to have the waitress bartender be more friendly when she answer customers’ questions... 不用賣笑，但請多點友善

Cute little bar and restaurant. Very interesting cocktails. Nice decor. Bar seating downstairs, tables upstairs. The timing of the food can be variable, but it’s usually pretty tasty :)

They have plenty of awesome whisky in valuable price! No matter you prefer Scottish whisky, Japanese whisky or local Taiwanese whisky, you can find it here!
Cocktails can be made by your own favor taste, and it’s really fascinating!
Environment is great too. It is fashionable vintage style with cozy candles light.
The bar tender and staffs are extremely friendly and make you feel like staying in friend’s home party.
Overall, I strongly recommend it and must come back again ;)

The bartenders here are very welcoming and friendly. Many foreigners drink here, but also some fun locals. The drinks are really good.

Also known as wooden door bar this place is a gem in the heart of Taipei. Can't comment on the food (yet) but the cocktail menu is an awesome mix of classics and Taiwanese infused home brews involving advanced techniques. Awesome service meets bar tenders who know their stuff and are happy to help with recommendations. 10/10 would get wasted there again.

Lovely bar located right outside Exit 4 of Dongmen Station, Taipei. The bar specializes in cocktails, but they serve a decent selection of wine and whiskey as well. We chose to sit at the bar but they also have proper tables upstairs.

We ordered three cocktails — I really appreciated the attention the bartenders paid to what we liked, so they helped to customize the drinks according to our tastes :) Some difficulty in translating some ingredients into English but nothing google couldn’t answer.
