KDM Hotel

If location and price are your priority, you can't go wrong with KDM hotel. The rooms are pretty basic and a little old, but clean. Service is also basic, but perfectly efficient. At a major intersection with two metro lines and multiple buses, it is super convenient. Two good coffee shops in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is really close to the MRT so it is really convenient to go anywhere. The price of the room is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and professional. They also recommended us to a traditional Taiwanese breakfast place close to the hotel and it was delicious and the price is extremely resonable. Definitely will go back if we ever visit Taipei again.

I've stayed at this hotel twice so far. The first time I ordered the room through an online application. There were several problems with that process and it ended up costing more than anticipated. The last time I visited, I just walked in and asked if they had rooms available. I was offered a lower price, was provided a larger room, and was created in a friendly manner. Honestly, the staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were very friendly and offered me a very convenient and quick check-in. There was no credit card required. They simply needed to see some identification and noted down my information. I happen to be at on the same floor as the housekeeping staff, who immediately helped me to provide additional pillows. I found the rooms to be clean, big, and with all the amenities required. Good air conditioning, fridge, toiletries, towels, bedding, and anything else important for a good night's sleep. For the price, this is a very good place to stay if you just need a night's sleep. Excellent for business travelers. There are also several convenience stores and other places for shopping and eating nearby.

I stayed here for three weeks and can honestly say I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and respectful and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was. It that great though but did the job. :)

Very nice hotel at a good location next to Taipei MRT station. Very convenient to travel to other places via MRT.

It's probably the most convenient hotel located in the center of Taipei you can get in Taipei. EVA airport shuttle bus stops right across the road of this hotel. There are two major MRT (or the subway) routes stop here and the exit is right next to the hotel as well. So convenient!! I can take MRT to get almost anywhere in Taipei City. The room rate is also so affordable less than USD: 70 for a clean room with a buffet breakfast.

The KDM was a great choice in Taipei, just a few steps from exit 3 of the metro station/ nice discount over the rack rate for the room/ breakfast- well we stayed there toward the end of our trip around Taiwan- so, we we're burned out on the standard fare by then.

I love this place! Staff is very accomodating and nice. MRT station is just beside the hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff and very convenient as MRT is just next to it.

去年5月に1人旅で利用しました
とても親切なスタッフさんが多少日本語が話せました
部屋もきれいで、MRT忠孝新生駅３番出口目の前なので便利です
近くには美味しいカフェや、韮饅や餃子屋、朝食屋もあります
穴場？かなと思います！

地下鉄駅出口すぐでアクセスが良い。隣にubike(自転車)ステーションもあります。
最寄りに電気街があるので好きな方はいくらでも時間をつぶせます。
部屋の設備も十分で、スタッフの対応も問題ありません。

大通沿いで交通量が多いので車やバイクの音が気になる場合があります。

在凱統住了五天四夜
飯店大概是好幾個月前在訂房網站訂的，四人房，雖是老飯店但重新裝潢，真的不敢相信這麼便宜～

入住之後，果然每天也都受到很好的服務，櫃檯微笑，房務阿姨用心，泊車大哥熱情，真的CP值很高～
感謝您們讓我們這個假期非常充實～

我稍微看了一下其他的評論，對於要小費的問題＜我們有主動拿小費，人員確實幫忙我們，而且如果沒有停到停車位的話，在外面停車不是更不方便更貴嗎＞
或者櫃檯服務不好的問題，我們都完全沒遇到。

而且很好的經驗，謝謝所有人員的幫忙！
