THE WANG Taichung NTC Branch

The Wagyu steak never disappoints. Tried out their Christmas menu and I'm pleased with their fine selection of appetizer and main course dinner.
Would encourage steak lovers to come by here at least once to try out the steaks.

Stumbled across this place from another excellent Hakka Restaurant. Decided to come here. Impeccable service. Lovey food. Dried aged steak. Must try the t bone. Lovely decor. Not too dark like many other steak houses I have been to in New York SINGAPORE and london. Would highly recommend this place. Will most certainly come here again when I come back to Taichung

Never thought that Wang group can dive into fine dining with quite a good result. We really enjoy the food, atmosphere and of course the branded service. One thing surprised me is there wine pairing is professional. Looking forward to our next visit.

A fabulous steakhouse with superb meats and ingredients, fantastic service, and a soothing yet sophisticated environment. The steaks are dry-aged and perfectly grilled, the Spanish jamon (ham from black-footed pigs) is sweet and succulent, the bread, soups, and side dishes are wonderful, and the paired wines well-chosen and delicious.

Highly recommended high-class restaurant with lovely food and great, very professional service. It has some very special types of dessert, great looking and delicious. I especially like the particular way coffee is prepared.

Real Fine Dining! The Wang does not disappoint. I’m a bit more of a budget diner, I went for the Business Lunch and my steak was fantastic, service was spot on and the bread reminds me of home. Very relaxing dining experience from top to bottom. If that’s lunch I really want to try dinner. Could see from the menu, dinner looks pretty epic. They age their own meat and have an open kitchen So customers can see the action.

The oysters are awesome original flavor from the ocean,especially the Gillardeau.

As expected, they serve quality food which won't let you down for sure...
However their service is one of best I have seen in Taiwan. Tell you what you are eating... Feel like I am having Omakase dinner 🤣
The surprise part ... Herb tea! I recommend everyone should try... It is so cool and tastes great!

An absolute must try. Heart warming reception and very polite. Thorough explanation of the servings. Time between courses were perfect balanced. Portion size were spot on and the food was arranged with care and craftsmanship. A lot of work has been put into this you can tell. It never felt too much on the posh side due to the smiling a friendly approach of the entire staff. I really enjoyed every minute of that dinner. Well done The Wang

We were pleasantly surprised by the interior decor and the quality of all the dishes! The restaurant is spacious, posh and cozy, air conditioning was a little strong... They offer dry-aged steak set menus, a la carte and also a small wine list, which includes a pairing list. Prices were fair and service is not bad (it’s relatively new). We would be happy to go back, especially for group dinner celebrations :)
