Hi ONE Holiday Hotel

I feel like for the price and what the hotel offers is completely commensurate to the service & buffet breakfast that they serve.

Great value for money for a quarantine hotel with spectacular mountain views from every room. Food is good with large portions, and coffee from the hotel (not included in package) is better than Starbucks. The room needs refurbishing, but the layout of the 2 rooms is brilliant. The bedroom is lovely and clean and comfortable, the living room has a lovely sofa, a good quality TV and a great new office desk and 10/10 comfortable office chair. The staff here are friendly and understanding and easy to communicate with in English via the App LINE. Excellent. Really like it here. Highly recommended for quarantine stay. Value for money 5⭐, room design 5⭐, view 5⭐, staff friendliness 5⭐, food 4⭐ but healthy, room condition 4⭐. Great place to stay. Thank you.

I come back to Taiwan every year since the pandemic in 2020 and this is my third year to stay in a quarantine hotel. This hotel meets every aspect of my wish. The room is spacious and clean. The view of the nearby mountains is amazing and relaxing. For a person that needs to stay in a confined space for an extended period of time, the room size and the view are two very important factors when considering a quarantine hotel. On top of that the price is great and the food is good. So I will definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is looking for a quarantine hotel to stay.

I had a little doubt before coming to Holiday Hotel since I saw some negative comments online. After check in, I was impressed by how efficient the staff were. It was a very hot and humid day, when I got out of the quarantine cab, the staff handed me a bottle of water, and it was very sweet. The design of the hotel is old fashion, but very spacious with an amazing view. Meals were tasty, mostly Asian and sometimes Western, I gained 5lbs during quarantine. Delivery is acceptable with no extra charge, and staff deliver my food and drinks very fast. I really appreciate all the staff who are working in this quarantine hotel, and thank you all for the past 14 days!

During my stay for Covid quarantine, I’ve had a good stay here.
The room Is very clean, Great customer service, spacious room, fast Wi-Fi etc.
and most of the meals aren't repetitive, they take care of the visitors and provide everything they need.
It really is worthy of its price, i recommend this hotel if anyone wants to quarantine or even for a vocational stay.

Location is not ideal, but hotel's free shuttle to popular drop-off and pick-up (pre-booking required) points; such as Taipei 101, helps a lot. The Luxgen EV passenger van (a luxury Taiwan-market-only fully-electric minivan) used for this service is also a plus. Convenient 7-Eleven right next door is great when you need a quick bite or drink without having to pay hotel prices. The room we had was really spacious and nice with 2 Queen beds. Bathroom had twin showers; one in the tub, the other in a glass stall. We used our points to get the room. "Welcome drink" was nice (for GOLD status members), even though I'd avoid that Taiwanese beer option - stick with Heineken. In summary, this is a great place to stay if you intend to leave the hotel in the morning to explore the city and only return in the evening (via taxi or shuttle) to rest. Not so great if you want to "walk around" the neighborhood. Service staff offered great customer service and were all very friendly - unlike the other guests - from mainland Chinese tour groups who were brash and loud - especially the senior citizens; which made up the majority of those groups.

Recognizes IHG club members as I received a free upgrade to an Executive room, of course when available. Used the club lounge for breakfast which was not too bad and at least you're not suck with the crowds of Chinese tourists. Reception was accommodating and overall a good experience.

Awesome location and view. Out of city for a peaceful trip. Never forget to try the squid just 2 shops away. Worth it. And from January 1, 2019 the hotel has been renamed as Hione Holiday Hotel Taipei.

Great place to bring kids. Lifelike dinosaurs and the kids had an amazing time!

Lovely stay with my family. Good IHG member recognition for Spire members. It was slightly far from town but the minibus shuttle service made up for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay
