I ordered Taiwanese tea infused latte.
Sooooooooo damn good!⭐⭐⭐ The tea aroma gives a pleasant flavor to your nose. This cup is the best milk tea I’ve ever had in Taipei 😭😭.
Additionally, Their packaging design is really adorable. You cannot help loving it 🥹💕

Everything I loved about this with only one concern. The americano and cake part of my order took 20mins to arrive. Seemed rather long. The drip coffee Wuri/Washed was fantastic definitely worth ordering snd I will again.

The most popular cafe in Taipei and arguably a “mandatory” visit in Taiwan, Simple Kaffa is founded by Berg Wu, 2016 World Barista Championships champion (WBC). Because of its history in WBC, you can expect to be served not just great coffee but an excellent experience from entrance to exit - be it the staff, the ambience or the drink.

For this cafe, I really tried across the menu such as the pour-overs, espresso-based drinks and their signature creations. I would recommend to try their espresso-based drinks such as the latte, americano and signature creations. I think it’s due to their WBC focused expertise not really covering pour-overs but there’s at least one other cafe nearby serving really good pour-overs you should go to instead.

Pour-over - Duwancho Sidama (300TWD)
This bean is processed as an Anaerobic Black Honey. The entire cup features a more mellow note, with slight fermented notes from the anaerobic process and mellow acidity. There is a lot of sweetness to the coffee, as expected from the sidama variety. The body is medium and there’s surprisingly almost no bitterness to it. I would say this is a good coffee, although I have reservations on whether it’s the best perspective on this bean.

Latte (180 TWD)
The latte is well made. There’s no fancy latte art, just a heart. The latte is smooth and creamy, but is rather milk-forward than coffee-forward, making it taste like there is quite a fair bit of milk in this drink. The coffee seems to have nutty flavour notes and I believe it has a lighter roast.

Iced Signature Taiwan Fragrant Tea Latte (200 TWD)
One of Simple Kaffa’s signature items, it’s a mixture of oolong, red tea and espresso latte. It’s surprisingly really good, with the fragrance from the tea, smooth and creaminess from the milk and the roast and nuttiness from espresso. It is quite unique, well thought and deserves the brand of signature!

The good coffee cafe in Taiwan. I do love their Tiramisu! The brown sugar latte is also tooo good.

Definitely one of the most visits when in Taipei, Despite the fact that the baristas won so many coffee championship, their coffee are truly amazing.
I followed my good friend who visited this cafe back in March and with his recommendation, I love this place!
Even though the café can be a little busy with many customers, they still have good ambience all around.

I might end up ordering a wrong coffee. However, Cinnamon and Brown Sugar toast bread is definitely a must-choice.

阿寶綜合，dark roasted, bitter with nutty finishing, is my all-time favourite blend. A must go cafe if you are in Taipei, and bag some beans home if you have your own machine.

This cafe has a wide range of brew for you to choose. Your taste bud will be in treat. You can watch the barista hand pouring your drips! The atmosphere is wonderfully decorated with the dark tone and wood. Adding to the plate, their dessert and cake go perfectly with a cuppa. Highly recommend for spending a chilled morning or afternoon.

Just blow your mind. So good. Highly recommended. You’ll have to wait in line for hours. Trick is to make them to go.

Came here right after having our breakfast to chill and have a cup of good coffee.
We ordered 4 different varieties of their Pour Over coffees.
All of them tasted clean and I could taste the various tasting notes present in them, which suggests that the coffee barista did a good job in making the coffees 👍🏼
The atmosphere/ambiance in here was pretty chill and relaxed with 2 floors of seating for you to choose from.
On the first floor, you can see the coffee baristas in action with their open concept counter.
Would recommend to drop by here for a good cup of coffee if you're in the area! ☺

Their Brown Sugar Latte is easily one of their most popular drinks which I really enjoyed! Worth the long queue 👍🏼

As I was purchased the coffee bean this time, I can not tell the true flavor currently.
However, the service of the staff is acceptable.

Had a great experience at Simple Kaffa's flagship store. It was very easy to get to, and the wait staff are very professional and spoke English well.

The coffee was definitely the star here. The beans they used were roasted to let the right notes and profile standout. The food I tried were simple but well done.

The famous awarded cafe in Taipei, the owner won the world barista championship in 2016! Arrived 10mins before opening on weekend, and line is getting longer until the place will open.
They have a variety of single origin beans from light to dark roast, and the beans are from not only Alishan(阿里山) but also from other countries like Ethiopia, Panama, Kenya etc…
Needless to say, coffee was the exceptional☕

we waited 30 min for the seats BUT it was extremely worth it. i got the Guji Wate / Natural light drip and it was very good! i think the instructions were to drink the coffee in 5 parts to taste the full body - didn’t really catch. we had the tiramisu and matcha swiss roll, very very yummy and it pairs extremely well with the drip coffee. highly recommended.

The Matcha roll is amazing and the ice coffee latte infused with Taiwanese olong tea is delicious. Since there are a lot of people to dine in, you need to line up and submit your name via tablet at the entrance in from of the shop, once it’s your turn they will sms your phone number to come in.

We had pour over and latte and both were great, we also had 3 brothers bread. We bought single origin and blend coffee beans.

This is probably the best coffee I had in Taiwan so far! They won plenty of awards and if you come here you would understand why! 5 stars is underrated! ☺

Def one of the best coffees I’ve had in Taiwan. I recommend the Geisha but it is in limited quantities. It is a beautiful coffee shop ad the lines for it show this. Recommend you get there as early as possible
