水清透乾淨到連魚都不見了，超高清
要4小時才走得到加回程8小時
早上10-11點才會有陽光灑下來
像是黃金般耀眼
建議兩天一夜單日太累
要提前五天太魯閣國家公園網路申請進入
不然出事會罰3千
裡面可能落石要小心
有人被砸死過
在峽谷內請放小聲防止震動
有三個小瀑要帶繩子
建議有溯溪三寶再來
回程部份用漂的，比較輕鬆

進入黃金峽谷需要有溯溪裝備：頭盎、救生衣、溯溪鞋，最好再帶一條20米浮水繩，這樣會比較安全。跟著專業的溯溪團隊進入也是安全的選擇。
黃金峽谷在陽光照射進時，反射的光線閃耀在整座峽谷中，即美似幻的如置仙境般。

黃金峽谷不在三棧溪的主線上，我們錯過了又回頭好累。
要進去必須有繩索，有一定的危險度，我只到第一層就回頭了。一定要小心喔！

看照片 風景超美 可是是要有教練及裝備的朔溪地 就沒去了 路也超不好找
