2/20早上7點上班的店員 服務態度良好 動作迅速 口氣溫和有禮貌 很久沒遇到這麼讚的店員了 給東西雙手遞交 主動詢問會員載具 在大早上沒有一絲疲態 認真上班的態度真的做得很好

有個外籍員工 中文聽力跟發音都很差，態度也很差！加值加多少錢聽錯、明明操作能重新用還說來不及⋯發票印不印也聽錯⋯還怪別人講錯，有夠傻眼
做服務業能力差就算了、態度真沒救
