Gongguan Night Market

Good foods! Overall most finds & wasn't that dissappointing for taste in night market. I enjoyed both times here despite the rainy night in my second visit with my brother.

Night markets in Taipei are all wonderful and so colorful!
Smells like food everywhere and I can't stop eating! Here we can try a bit of all the food made in Taipei, great for snacking and taking cool night pictures with all the Neons, smoke, street lights and food !

Cheap, clean, a variety of choice available, restaurants from many countries, clothing and accessories and optic and more. Street food may not be as varied and traditional as other markets but great for a grab-go.

Nice trip to night market, but hot at night.

There is quite an array of food. But my fav would be these red bean and custard filled "pancakes". There's a queue but it moves really fast

Good to walk around.

Nice place to walk around. many shops to buy clothes, bags, electronical products anf of course street food.

Always a fun time here! Lots of delicious street food & spots to buy whatever (especially contact lenses)

My favourite night market. Never get boring to go there. But I think nothing different between now (2019) and 10 years ago, still the same. You can find clothes, foods, bags, books, medicine, and many other things. You also can find vegetarian foods there.

Few Michelin Bib Gourmand vendors here so worth coming down for a visit. Quite a humber of stores including Vietnamese, Halal food and the usual Taiwanese cuisine, so good to come here if you're with friends who have dietary restrictions. We tried both the Michelin Bib Gourmand scallion pancake and Guabao. Would come back again to try the other stuff as there were a lot of other choices that looked good too

More foods stores and street foods than clothing etc. A nice place for local street foods.

Plenty of shoe shops, prices across all of Taiwan are very similar.

Plenty of food choices and bubble tea too. Some people recommend Taiwan hamburger/burger - it's basically white dough with meat and vegetables in between (for singaporeans it's also known as Kong ba bao).

Would go to this place any time over shi da night market which is just 1 stop over.

Black sugar bubble tea was not bad for $40.

Mango pao pao bing also decent for $50. Quite sweet.

Tried a black sesame 饼 for $25-no pictures but also decent.

There are many shoe stores, and many of them sell Football/Soccer shoes.

Great area, tons of little side streets with many night market stalls offering everything you can think of, lots of little bars and night spots, seems to be a big foreigner hangout when I visited this evening, good to see everything coming back to life, a great night out!

A good night market withr reasonable size.

Awesome night market! It's among a whole host of great restaurants as well though, so it might be hard to decide what to eat, where to start, and proper portioning so you can try it all. The prices are friendlier on the wallet due to its proximity to the university and its clientele largely consisting of students, though plenty of older folk will find themselves in fits of gluttony here as well. It's also among a mildly spread-out conglomeration of independent bookstores and close to treasure hill and the university for ways to work off the fat you just gained from over-eating.

Awesome night markets with a good variety of food at affordable prices. Can spend ages here weaving through the streets and finding new things to eat. Not the place for non adventurous eaters as some of the dishes served here are quite different

The variety of food offered here is good and cheap. There are also many stores nearby selling affordable sport shoes and clothing at a discounted rate that is much lower compared to other stores. Very good for those who are budget conscious as stuff here is cheap to attract students from NTU.
