靜好文旅 Chill Roof Hotel

It was so spacious unlike other hotels in taipei, especially near this area. There was everything we were looking for: central location with stores nearby, enough space for 4 people+luggage, sunlight, good bedding, and dining table+chairs. The bathroom also had 2 sinks, it was great since we were 4 females staying in this room. Staff were nice as well. Great value for money.

Booking process for non-mandarin speakers over their website is a bit difficult but definitely worth it. Great place in the city center. Amazing rooms as well. Snacks included. Cat petting room is pretty cool as well.
Would recommend.

Amazing experience at Chill Roof! Unmatched hospitality. They went above and beyond to help us navigate Taipei, and were genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience in Taiwan. The rooms were clean and charming, complimentary snacks, toiletries and drinks, and laundry facilities. We loved this place and will definitely return.

Stayed for three nights and loved it. Had the Berber room which I can fully recommend with a great view to quieter side. The staff was amazing, super friendly and very welcoming.

Good location with lots of restaurants, cafés, and convenient transport around. We had a nice room with Japanese bed on tatami mats, and two super comfy bean bags. There are little cats in a separate room in the public area, a bit random but very cute :) The room was quite expensive for the fact that it's more a hostel than a hotel, but I think it was about double than normal because of the holiday weekend.

Very cosy and clean little hotel with great amenities and nice chilled atmosphere. My room is very nice and quiet and has a very SE Asian character to it. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The modest and somewhat shoddy-looking entrance adds to the place's character in my opinion.
Also pretty central location with easy access to public transport and Taipei's tourist spots.

Highly recommended. On the top floor of a building (so you go up the elevator to check in), great area of town, couple of minutes walk to major bus and MRT stations. The hotel itself is spacious with lovely decor, super clean and great facilities. The staff are beyond helpful and all speak excellent English which is not always a given in Taiwan. We booked a deluxe room which has a huge wall of windows with views of the city including Taipei 101. Only downside to this was the traffic noise and light at night, I don't imagine other rooms are so exposed.

I stayed here for three nights in the deluxe double room. The girls who work here are very kind and helpful. My room was decorated very uniquely, and my bathroom was FANTASTIC. The bed in my room was also very comfortable.

Another nice touch was that there was a communal washer/dryer machine in the hotel. It's free of charge, and they provide the detergent.

Great place to stay in Taipei! There is a convenient store right downstairs and food options in the same building. The room is pretty in addition to being clean and comfortable. Everything is in good working order, including the rainforest shower and the stand-alone tub. Downside is you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl, but that's a common problem for the old buildings. Great service from the front desk too! They helped us make reservations for 2 meals upon request.

I am loving the Chill Roof Hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean. The style is hip and relaxed. My room even has a dehumidifier which is awesome for the humid environment. My favorite part has been the front desk staff. They are def chill but also help with anything I need. Will be back.

A very charming hotel on the 11th floor. I received a warm and friendly welcome upon entering the lobby. The design is very unique, the room is so spacious, all of this at a very reasonable price. The location is great as well, only 10 minutes’ walk from Zhong Shan metro station. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night. The staff are very kind and friendly also the room is clean and comfortable. Convenient location with 5-10 min walk form MRT,and 7-11 store downstairs. If I go to Taipei, I will stay here again.

Very nice small hotel. On the 11th floor so very little street noise. Convenient location near to the metro and bus connections in a nice neighbourhood. Room was very clean with nice bathroom, fast internet and comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is a very unique and cosy place to stay when you are in Taipei! It is a relatively small joint so book early to avoid disappointment!! Variety of food around the area and short walking distance to a few attractions.

Cool boutique hotel with rooms that have character. Ours had a yellow hammock. Location is also not too far from a subway station (about 8min walk). Along the way there are two halal restaurants (turkish and indian).

Booked 2rooms, clean and comfortable! Friendly service. Has 24hr convenience store 7-11 downstairs. Reasonable price. Will recommend friends to stay here in future.

Very cute hotel, friendly staff and great location. Our Deluxe Double room was beautiful even with a view of Taipei 101 in the distance.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and tried different rooms. All typed of rooms are unique and the theme are great. My family have the wonderful time and recommend my friend to stay here.

Very slick and well kept place. Nice deco. Get the room with hamock. Its on 11th floor and not apparent when you arrive on ground floor. Its not near to the meteo though.
