Mayer Inn

Taipei hotels are getting prohibitively expensive nowadays compared to nearby countries’ capital such as Tokyo and Bangkok. This is one of the very few places that are reasonably priced now. Most importantly, rooms are clean, most rooms are interior without window but illumination is adequate.

Good customer service, the lady reception staff is friendly. Manage to check in at 1pm which is prior to the hotel check-in time. Kudos to the services render and definitely come again once we visit Taipei.

Good location, Taipei main station exit z2. Supposedly check in at 5pm but was able to give our rooms at 1pm already, great news for us!

Convenience stores, local Taiwanese eateries, ATMs, and a coffee shop are conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the hotel’s building. What elevates this experience to a 5-star rating is the exceptional service from the front desk staff, who kindly granted us an early check-in after ensuring that our reserved rooms were ready. I wish I remembered the staff's name, he was a saviour as I was travelling with old folks and they really needed the rest in the rooms as soon as they arrived in Taipei.

Rooms are clean, air conditioning was great, bathroom were also superb. I like how they put a soap dispenser in the shower. Carpet is slightly stained but I don't care about that (it seems some people do in the comments). Staff changed here and there, they got the job done when I asked.

Window view isn't great but I didn't come here for that, I came for the hotels convenient location. It is right next to the Taipei train station! Don't have to get up early for day trips to anywhere else around the island. Just around the block there's about 10 breakfast shops with all different types of food.

Decent price for the location. Would book again.

Very close to the Taipei Main Station for travel around TPE, very convenient for staying there.

Stayed in a few other hotels during summer, ALL their rooms need fan!! It was horrible!

Mayer Inn is by far the most accessible, most affordable, most worth it place to stay in even though it doesn’t have a window.

They have good air conditioning, clean and room spacious. They provide hair dryer, kettle, safe box, hangers, tooth brushes, shower caps, razor, comb & tea.

2 flat screen tvs so you don’t need to fight with your friend 😂

Love the layout that provided privacy if you are travelling with a friend even though there is no window in the room.

Excellent location, MRT exit Z2 with lift.
Near shopping area, food area, near vegetarian food street, Watson, Starbucks, McDonald, foot massage.

Location and service are the main strengths of this hotel. Highly recommended for tourists whose looking for convenience and excellent service. We will definitely book on this hotel again in the next taipei visit.

Room is really clean and nice. Air-conditioning can get really cold and it's really nice during summer season. The toilet is clean and nice. Bed is comfy as well.

Overall the hotel is nice and efficient. The room is a bit cramped but nothing bad. The staff were nice in my opinion, definitely tried to offer solutions whenever there's an issue. I love that they have a self laundromat inside the hotel, its very accessible and convenient! Will definitely recommend 👌

Amazing hotel with really helpful staff. They were able to accomodate for my family and made the check in and stay as easy as can be. Connected to the metro from underground as well so extra bonus!

Very conveniently located opp Taipei station! But room is very small and abit old:/ can hardly fit my husband and I and our luggage’s :(

Mayer Inn is in the middle of the city. It is near the station too. The rooms are clean and well designed. The value is not that pricey too.

Near to Taipei Main Station. Surrounded by a lots of Convinience Store such as 7-11 and Family Mart.

I recommend the Quadraple Room. More space better.
