I was initially planning on buying Epix and not Epix Pro from 新光三越 and Sogo, however both their store's sales' lady kept pushing me to buy Pro and I was so sick and tired of their attitude - I went to this chain near 光華商場.

I don't remember the guy's name, but he was wearing glasses and actually made me feel like I had a choice on which model of Epix I wanted to buy (ultimately chose Pro) and as they saw I was new to Garmin and migrating from an iWatch they went through the settings step-by-step!

Kudos to that store clerk from this store!

Amazing customer service! The ring of my watch was broken, and they gave me a new one for free. I was here in less than a minute and got it all fixed. Would recommend anyone to come here!

這間旗艦店在八德路，華山文創斜對面，一樓賣場寬敞舒適，二樓提供維護的服務中心；服務人員很務實熱情提供客戶建議，離開店面時已協助將手錶所需的功能及與手機裝置智慧連結完成👏這讓人很安心，如在網路上購買，恐怕會無法短時間內就可操作，實體店面的服務還是很也其必要性的存在，所幸，Garmin 的價格在網路及實體一致，很建議大家3C智能商品，實體店面購買優點會多一些👍

維修中心的服務人員很親切。
詳細解說手錶故障及損害問題。
但因型號已舊，無法維修...只好考慮購置新機。
一樓的門市人員也很詳細說明我要考慮的錶款。

前幾天剛好看到Garmin的手錶，一直都想找這種有時體指針又可以看訊息的錶，所以看到當下看完了評價都還不錯，果斷拋棄了我的三星手錶，買了隻Vivomove trend，目前使用上都還好，缺點是沒辦法像三星手錶那樣，在滑手機時，手錶先不要跳訊息，不過看谷歌評價售後服務好像都不太好🥲希望之後手錶真的有問題時，售後不會讓我失望😢

很用心的在服務，就算我已經使用過他們的產品，還是會仔細的解說確保我沒有不瞭解的地方

這次是Garmin 手錶電池續航有問題來維修，工作人員先把手錶留在店裡測試，發現電池真的有異常，於是送總公司直接換一隻新的手錶回來
總共花費約8個工作天

很棒的實體店面，有專業的服務，不懂的地方可以詢問，專員一律幫你解決問題🙋‍♀

服務人員態度親切客氣。
一樓展售、二樓維修，不過畢竟是授權經銷商，不是原廠維修中心，如果要維修一次快速解決還是去汐止比較快。

服務中心在二樓，我是因為產品的問題前來詢問，服務態度很好，可以提供諮詢服務，對於產品問題會耐心傾聽並提供建議，並會結合之前的案例與經驗提供參考，像我的手環的電池續航問題就可能會因為充電的方式而有所改善，咨詢人員建議我再回去試試看，雖然我試了其他的充電方法還是無法改善，但可以看出他的用心！😄
