Cambridge Hotel

Well, rooms are bit old, would need a renovation soon,but hotel was very clean, with good international breakfast and friendly personal, so I woul still recommend it as a good place to stay for foreigners. Many good restaurants available in walking distance.

We booked the room through the Qantas website and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room we received (which was number 866). The room had a small dining table with four seats, a working desk, a wardrobe, a queen-size bed, two side tables, a small fridge, and a beautiful 'antique-looking' cabinet stand with coffee and tea facilities. We could tell that the hotel was well-maintained by the management. The team at the reception was polite, friendly, and always helpful. The location itself was very good; surrounded by local restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, cinemas, and the tourist attraction Chikan Tower. Tainan Station is only a 15-minute walk away or 4-minute Uber ride.

Great location within walking distance to local retail shopping area and tourist attraction. Hotel Room was a little dated and damped though very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fantastic!! We love our stay in Cambridge Hotel~

I think the breakfast is extremely nice, varied and tasty. Staff is very kind and helped us contact the railway company when one traveller forgot their mobile phone on the train. Decor is a little 80s ;) but our room was very large, comfortable, had big windows and was quiet at night. Location as others have said is great. They even have a coin laundry. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and big rooms. Breakfast is fine, service is good (but English speaking staff is rare). Be careful of 5th floor because it has smoking rooms .

Awesome breakfast selection, bringing some of the famous local food into the buffet selection. Room is ok, clean and adequate.

Near to many sightseeing spots. Good service. Provides car park.

帶著兩個5歲不到的幼兒回老家住飯店
整體的體驗非常非常的好

首先，第一天進去不到一個小時我女兒就在過動混亂之中搞丟眼鏡，兩個人的翻箱倒櫃連床都挪動意外發現飯店連床底下都打掃的無比乾淨，床舖浴缸桌面都很乾淨，整潔度極佳

交通極為方便，門口就三台公車可以直達台南火車站，斜對面赤崁樓也有公車站牌，腳踏車站也不遠，也可以免費借飯店提供的腳踏車，附近熱鬧不用跑遠都有好吃的

入住時是三點很常見，但很貼心的可以到12點再退房，可以吃吃早餐回房休息整理東西再悠閒地退房

早餐雖然不算出色，但對於親子客而言真的相當棒，有三張兒童椅，也可要親子餐具，可以先把幼兒餵飽再出門觀光，然後下午提供的午茶時間更是惠我良多，東西不是多美味，但提供一個地方可以讓父母親喘息一下

自助洗衣房的價錢也很平實，而且很給力，小孩第一天雙雙尿濕外褲而我行李忘記帶褲子只好上去洗+烘，2個小時內搞定完全是父母好幫手

唯一要說缺點的是，房間採光沒有很好，面對馬路的隔音不佳會聽到半夜飆車聲（我們是完全不被影響啦照睡），上下樓隔音因為建物老舊小孩跑步會傳到樓下，我這次入住不到一個小時，晚上6點尋常人吃飯時間讓孩子活動兩下樓下立刻客訴「擾人清夢」也是讓人掉下巴，但飯店立刻幫我們換到樓下沒有旅客的房間應對速度超快，換房後電視壞掉也是立刻處理，值得超級感謝

之前看評價說有霉味，我覺得老舊飯店多半都無法避免這情況，走廊有聞到，剛進房在送風模式下也有聞到，但轉冷氣就沒這個問題了

✳中規中矩三星級平價的市中心台南飯店 個人覺得該有的都有。
✨11樓✅早餐✅下午茶(簡單點心餅乾）✅健身房✅會議室✨12樓自助洗衣房(兩台洗機、兩台烘乾機）有免費供應洗衣粉及熨斗洗衣機器要自行投幣使用。
簡評：飯店外觀有點老舊自動門進出時有蠻大聲響不知道是否正常，外觀老舊但大廳明亮乾淨雖然不大但感覺很有溫馨的氛圍，飯店人員很有服務精神，問問題跟講解都有求必應。
房間的部分是採傳統鑰匙取電源則是用長條的感應條做放置取電，個人本來覺得有點小雞肋但後來發現跋起後房間還是可以充電的就覺得可以接受，房間打掃得很乾淨，床很好睡感覺有兩層墊子很好躺！浴室浴缸有點小兩個人泡有點擠XD 沐浴乳洗髮精是通用蠻特別的第一天不知道用潤髮乳洗頭🤣
早餐部分說我喜歡的部份。有現煎的荷包蛋與蛋餅，粥的配菜很豐富有安平蜜餞，第一次看到吐司沾醬那麼豐富而且不是一次性果醬包👍

1、 櫃枱、大廳、早餐、下午茶人員，以及清潔人員，「每位」都非常和善有禮， 而且都會親切問候旅客。
2、 房間乾淨整潔，並沒有網路上評論的潮味或霉味。
3、 連住四晚，每天早上的早餐主要菜色都會不一樣，如：烤鴨、脆鴨、滷豬腳和土雞，令人 雙眼一亮。
更有專員幫忙煎蛋餅，温溫熱熱的， 軟硬適中。
4、 飯店位置非常好 ，古蹟在旁，週圍有諸多有名的店家，如雙生綠豆沙、進福大湾花生糖、義豐冬瓜茶、同記豆花、落成米糕等， 吃、喝、伴手禮 都能快速滿足。
(小提醒：第一天不要急著吃米糕，對於小朋友或者消化不良者，容易積食脹氣不舒服。)
5、 入住當天 天氣變冷，多要棉被， 房務人員也謙和给予。
6、 人員的顏值都挺高的， 房務人員長得漂亮， 下午茶小哥身姿挺拔， 櫃枱小姐端莊典雅， 早餐人員文青有氣質。 飯店雖是歷史悠久，但是人員一點都不鄉土， 團隊人員有朝氣而充滿熱忱，工作氛圍融洽， 是非常棒的工作團隊。
7、 連續住四晚，感覺非常棒。 尤其小朋友逛累，提早回飯店，在11樓一邊玩自己帶的桌遊，一邊享用飯店下 午茶和冰淇淋， 小朋友樂在其中。

床不會太軟，雙人床兩個人睡，不會因為一個人動，影響另一個人，讓人睡得舒服。
房間空間大，舒適。
浴室提供止滑墊，在浴缸裡洗澡安全性提供。
房間整潔乾淨，容易因為環境過敏，但這次住宿沒有一直流鼻水。
櫃檯服務好。
地點很市區，離赤崁樓近，騎車很方便，可以停旁邊銀行的綠線裡。
早餐豐盛，平日價格剛好遇到淡季，
Cp值很高，原本預計住一天改成二天。👍

價格CP值滿高的，房間乾淨而且有浴缸，早餐吃的不錯，地點也很好（鄰近赤崁樓），缺點就隔音稍差吧
