發生於111/05/31下午14:30，先不說櫃檯人員不接電話還得打電話到大葉高島屋客服請百貨客服協助請櫃檯回電，後來好不容易與專櫃人員通到電話。
本人表示尚未收到送貨物流司機來電，能否協助請物流來電安排配送時間，因隔日有要事需提前安排，專櫃人員表示：「基本上物流來電時間是13:00-17:00，你要不要等17:00後沒接到電話，再來電告知我，我再通知物流」
我內心滿頭問號？詢問後原來不是當初接待我的專櫃小姐，難怪懶的處理！？
一般人邏輯應該是：好的，請問您貴姓大名，聯絡電話是，我請物流與您聯絡。
（顧客都已經打到櫃檯就一定是急著找物流，有需求、有需要，真不懂為什麼櫃檯人員要阻擋）且非得要顧客等到17:00呢？解決事情能力在哪？還是，不是該業務業績就懶得處理？
更扯的是，在通話時一直有插播，櫃檯既然告知我我先聽完插播再回電給你，謝謝！
只能說要業績一個樣，售後服務很差！
