Room is clean, staffs are nice. Breakfast was amazing. 30 secs walk to train station with convenient stores nearby. Free parking.

My family enjoyed the stay.

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for 10 days in early November 2023. Friendly services overall. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices, especially traditional Taiwanese specialties; room neat and tidy; convenient laundry on which you only need to pay minimal cash for detergent.

Would come back again and book here. Breakfast changes everyday, snacks, and drinks are also pretty good! Location is pretty nice since its so close to the subway. The only thing that was annoying is the bathroom doors infront of the shower and toilet that if opened a certain way would hit eachother. The two doors also made the bathroom feel smaller.

The room was well equipped and the amenities were generous. The free coffee in the lobby was delicious and the laundry room and gym were very convenient to use. We didn't try the breakfast but it seemed very popular.

Just remarkable and amazing. We totally enjoyed our time here.
Excellent location, less than 2min walk to train station. Less than 10min walk from a night market street near the temple.

Wonderful service, with free coffee/tea and small bites at the lobby area. Staff was attentive and well trained. E.g. always offering a back pillow for the preggie during breakfast, having nifty tool like luggage weigher which is of value to travellers with luggage weight constraints.

Clean and well decorated industrial theme hotel, everything is sparkling clean and new. Its design is minimalist yet functional and sensible. For e.g. there are multi plugs in the hotel room that take in my charger without need of a travel adaptor. The room is also very spacious and i love the comfy bed and pillows.

Free breakfast available.

Love this hotel. Will go back again if i visit taipei.

Note There is limited free parking available, so be back at hotel garage earlier.. if not you have to park at other parking places and pay for the parking charges.

The staff are very nice and friendly, especially Ms. Ivy. The view is so nice, and the room is cozy. It's near the MRT and convenience stores. Highly recommended!

Excellent location of hotel at Sanchong. Room is sparkling clean with comfy bed, equipped with all the necessities we need. Topped with excellent customer service and wide varieties of breakfast.

This hotel is a fantastic value with a very nice breakfast & good service. It is also a great location if your objective is to be near the MRT station. Ching, the lady dressed in blue at the front desk, is extremely helpful and conscientious. one night I walked to the nearby night market and had several new & fun foods.

This place is convenient and offers a lot more than the name suggests. We stay in a suite with a kitchenette and it was perfect for our stay. The gym is located near the laundry room; therefore, it was a great space to hangout while doing laundry. Their breakfast was more of a brunch with a wide variety. All around awesome value.

Breakfast selection changes daily so you won't get bored, Location is extremely accessible because the underground metro is just behind the hotel, There's also a Cosmed and Family Mart nearby so everything is readily accessible. Staff is 110% professional and very very kind and polite.

The staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Everything worked. I loved the industrial trendy decor. I love the breakfast, mostly Asian cuisine. We learned some Mandarin from the elevator. The hotel was next to the MRT, which was very convience.

I stay here during the quarantine. The bed is so comfortable. Bathroom is nice and dry. Entire environment is clean and cozy. I especially love the window! Make the room so bright and lively in the morning. When I have Wi-Fi problem in the first day, the staff from line and reception are make me feel willing to help.No matter connect or not I like the attitude. If the menu can improve a little bit or adjust a better price to match the menu and everything will be perfect!

Anyway~If I have a chance to come back and I would love to!

Good hotel for quarantine. Probably not too important now since we are shifting to 0+7 soon.

The staff was friendly, helpful and patient for all my requests. Was a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean. Nothing too fancy, but had everything you could reasonably need.

Internet can be slow at times, but is pretty typical of any hotel. No complaints.

Stayed here for 4 days and I want to give a special shout out to Ching (bespectacled lady with short hair, wearing blue)!

We arrived at 9am and could only check in at 3pm, hence she offered to keep our luggages for us while me and my mom went shopping. After shopping, if the room was not ready yet, she told us that we can actually stay in the lobby to drink some coffee!

Overall, she was really nice to us 🥹 thank you Ching for making my first trip to Taiwan such a nice experience. This hotel is near Sanhe Junior High train station Exit 2, they also offer breakfast and snacks (at night)! Highly recommended!

Great stay for quarantine! The room was clean, cozy and spacious. It was well-prepared toiletries & amenities. I really enjoyed the meals, sometimes come with fruits & beverages. Good service, fast response via LINE & location near MRT station.
If there is a great window view, it will be prefect haha!

A very clean and quiet hotel so far we stay at taipei. Just last week we booked 2 times. Hotel staff & Manager all are Very Helpful.
Letting us to put our goods as Taiwan is having a long holiday, DHL is closed.
The best part is, we have already returned Singapore. They informed & follow up closely for us. Letting us have a peace of mind.
We will book again when we go back Taiwan for holiday again

Helpful front desk staff. Nice place to stay for travellers who dont speak chinese.

Excellent service and very friendly service. We stayed there with our baby and the staff have been very helpful and understanding. We were even given a late checkout so that we could prepare baby food etc. before leaving the hotel. Thank you so much!
