Love this workout space- it’s bright, spacious and the bikes for spin classes are fabulous. The instructors here are professional and offer a great music play list- love them all. Highly recommend 👏

I googled lots of reviews before deciding whether to come for a spin class here. Namely because for foreigners, the cheapest available price is a drop in class at NTD 950, which is quite steep compared to studios in SG.

After the session, I was really quite glad to have joined in for a Weekday class! Although the whole studio was quite busy, there was no lack of shower cubicles (about 20+ available) and lockers were readily available (properly working ones with electronic locks). Everything is provided, inclusing aalon grade hairdryers. They provide large and small towels, and clip on shoes. If you're coming for a drop in class, just make sure you call ahead to enquire for availability and best to leave your name.

Good to arrive at least 40 mins earlier to give yourself time to fill up the questionnaire, select the size of your shoes, pack your belongings in locker and set up your bike. Clip on shoes can only be worn inside spin studio.

The class was high-energy and a mix of mando pop and English hits. The pace was just right, with good level intensity and a good mix of power and sprint runs. You can choose different hand weights for the arms track. There is also a recovery track. Class is conducted in 90% mandarin, 10% English, but if you're an avid spinner you should be in great hands.

I am an avid spinner in Singapore and I thought, hey, why don't I try a spin class in Taipei? Went to check out some reviews on Tripadvisor before my trip and yup, a drop-in class is 950 NTD which is the standard pricey rate.

I am used to the Stages SC2 bikes back home which were sturdier, and used a Schwinn bike in Space Cycle for the first time. The receptionist kindly helped me to set up the bike and taught me how to wear the spin shoes, then everything else was intuitive for me (as an avid spinner). It was refreshing to have the class in Chinese (with some Chinese songs and Hokkien raps in them!) and an instructor who taught us really interesting choreo which was not hard to pick up. Though I unclipped my right foot thrice for some reason during runs, it was not difficult to use the bike, though it was noticeably old, yet functional.

Unlike back home where the environment seemed 'more competitive' where people looked like they wanted to outdo others, the vibe was more chill in Space where beginners could have a break if they wanted. The pace was for you to dictate with the number of turns on the knob as you like. I think I pushed myself less this time round but I still burned quite a number of cals - comparable to my usual spin sessions in Singapore. Also, everyone was quite conservatively dressed, i.e., no one showing off their sports bras in class.

I liked how you have to remove your shoes before entering the premises because it can be kind of gross when people use their shoes or slippers in the bathroom. The place was close to spotless and the shower facilities were well-maintained. Would I shell out 950 NTD for this again? Maybe not for a single drop-in, but it was worth the experience to spin overseas in a different language!

Space offers more advanced yoga classes. I never thought I’d sweat so much after a ‘yoga’ class. I always thought yoga was just stretching but it’s way more than that. I have been a member for half a year now and I’ve tried many different classes, including Barre, Sculpt and Flow. I have enjoyed every class. You can tell many teachers have put in so much efforts to instruct quality classes. I’d recommend this place to who are enjoying exercising.

Had a really fun fun time wt Eddie! Choreo was fun n he also talked about the form he wants to focus on. Also options for beginners were given. Fun!

My Chinese is not so good, but Angie made me feel so comfortable here. Her English is very good and walked me through the whole process. The class was such a fun workout that I ended up purchasing a membership. I can’t wait to go back again!

I have been workout a lot at Space Cycle. Of all the coaches, Eddie is definitely one of my favorite. I started attending Eddie’s class when he first joined Space. He is very self motivated and always looking for rooms for improvement. He is passionate about cycle and full of positive energy. This is the sort of class and exercise most people would need after a long day at work. Keep up the amazing vibe! Team Eddie 🙌🫶🏻

Spinning instructor Eddie C. is great, intermediate to advanced level. I came from hk, a regular spinner, and he is one of two qualified ones for what I’m looking for. Class is with good vibe, and he’s pretty energetic!

My fiancé and I were tourists from Hong Kong. We took 2 spinning classes with Coach Eddie during the stay. He was fantastic and energetic. His classes involve a lot of upper body and core work. We’ll definitely come back again!
