Finders Hotel

The hotel lobby is located in the basement of an office building. The complimentary biscuits and bowl noodles are really awesome gestures. There is also a free table soccer, darts throwing games and a kids playroom too. At night they would play HBO movies in the dining area for guests to watch and relax.

The staff are all very welcoming.

We stayed in the biggest family room, the position of the TV really blocks the passage walkway and keeps knocking into it. Would suggest the management to install it onto the wall instead.

The complimentary breakfast spread is quite average too. Morning cereal only had 2 types, lacking the usual chocolate crunch/balls or rainbow loops for the kids. The fruit vinegar drink is yummy though.

Great location.
Easy to access 3 MRT stations, bus stations are a couple minutes away and Ximending night market is a pleasant 10, 15 minutes walk away.

The rooms are quite ok and clean even though a little bit small but this didn't matter because you will spend more time in the city than in the room (unless you are afraid to go out and embrace the beautiful Taipei and in that case, what are you even doing in Taipei?).

Very cosy setting, and the thematic design is quite fun. Comfortable surroundings all around.

Very kid friendly, with a playroom and other kid friendly activities (made a lantern with the kid!)

Laundry will be handy on the longer trips to taiwan

Kettle in room, and snack bar at the lobby is well appreciated.

The staffs are friendly, willing to explain and if you have something unsure, they will answer as well. The hotel lobby comes with cup noodles, snacks, biscuits and soft drinks with FOC. They prepared some postcard and will help us to send over with no charge. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services and experiences. Thank you 😊😎

Finders Hotel provide great service and delicious snacks everyday, it's located near Ximen and NTU station. So it's convenient to get around Taipei. Thank you Jessica for helping.

This is the best hotel with best customer service and help. All workers try their best to help each customer to meet their need. They try to provide best service to let you feel like home. Room is very quiet and clean. Highly recommended. Jessica is the best best with her services to treat each customer as her family. Thank you. I will definitely come back here again.

If it is possible, I really don’t want to share this hotel to anyone else. It’s just so nice and pleasant to stay there. Room was decent and breakfast was much filling. Do note some interim issue with the wifi connection in the room, all is make up for through the snack bar in the lobby. Thanks Jessica for the great help at the counter, I saw your hard work clearing the lobby area to give the guests the best comfort and experience. Kudos to the whole team. Keep up the great work and hope to see you soon in my next visit!

Hotel with very friendly staff and decent breakfast! Even though it's a small hotel, but there's surprises every where, like the breakfast (menu change slightly daily), wifi (sometimes intermittent but usable), lift, free biscuits and cup noodles, and even play room and Foosball and ktv! There's a laundry room though but the washing machines were broken down~good for the price!

Very good place near to ntu hospital metro and walkable distance of taipei main station

Stayed in December 2022 for a couple of weeks due to certain issues with my rental. Wasnt sure if rooms do not come with daily housekeeping because I didnt experience any during my stay. But it was my preference as I personally prefer no housekeeping during a long stay. Towels and all could be replaced by speaking to the cleaners. Dustbins in rooms, but if you got supper or any smelling trash theres also larger bins at the lift for guests. Toilet amenities were fine, water temp and pressure works, and Television is equipped with channels more than you could finish scrolling.

Location is great, restaurants cafes and eateries all around, with a short walk to Ximending MRT and Night market.

If you dont mind a slightly smaller room, its really an ok stay for its location. Yes there isnt much walking space and all, but for its price and location I would recommend.

Free soft drinks, cup noodles, coffee and milk tea (these are usually for mornings and ive personally never had them) are all available at the basement open area. Theres even laundry and dryers that are available for use with free detergent powder. Foosball table for free and loads of chilling and dining area there for you to use.

Its really a good hotel for youngsters who are here to explore Taiwan.

Love the stay here everyone were very friendly and easy access to major places in Taiwan.

Nice and clean room. The lobby is also clean and kid friendly. There is a small indoor playground to entertain your kids. Snacks are also free. However, it is a 10 to 15 mins walk to most places

The hotel is 3 star, location is 5 star,
and the staff is 6 star.
If I visit Taipei again, I will find the Finders again.

This is my 2nd visit long 3 years after Covid19. Everything is still as good as before.
I recommend this stay and there will be more from me.

I initially chose this hotel for my one week stay in Taipei based on the location, photos and price. While the entrance to the hotel was a little bit weird I must say that everything else was so nice and I felt like I found a hidden gem. The lobby is underground but they did a perfect job of making it like a hang out place. Staff was super nice and always willing to help and go the extra mile. The room was small but clean. It also had everything I would ever need for a solo traveler like me. This hotel was such a great value for the price I would definitely stay there again, especially because of the location too!

I stayed here for my 7 day self health management. It was such a comfort knowing the hotel had snacks and ramen for in case I didnt want to go out and fend for myself.
The room was just big enough for myself for 7 days. The shower/bathroom is definitely the hi light as the water pressure and shower size was perfect. Also there was conditioner- something I somehow forgot to pack.
The area is next to a lot of outdoor areas, which is perfect for someone in SHM and cant go inside buildings. The location was super convenient for food and necessities.
The hotel is Alice&Wonderland themed, which is absolutely adorable. I loved the quirky yet fantastical details (like the card guardsmen and flowers on the wall).
I hope I can visit again after Covid. I know this place has great atmosphere when its open to more travelers.

Very helpful staff at the reception and breakfast area. They speak English. Clean (but small) rooms. Nice reception area and snacks on floor B1.
