Huge memorial Hall and an important landmark to Taiwan. Instead of climbing the stairs, you can take the lift from the first floor by entering the side of the building.

The guard exchange ceremony is done every hour for each 10 minutes. The 3rd floor and the first floor are for art exhibition.
