Very good English service!
To open a bank account as a foreigner to need to make a reservation, the whole process takes about an hour.
You need to bring your passport, identification number (统一证号) if you don't have an ARC, 100$ deposit, with a phone number in Taiwan.

台大郵局的空間不大，不過裡面的櫃原都很專業，處理起東西速度很快，而且冷氣還算涼，只是辦事情之前記得抽號碼牌，右邊是儲匯，左邊才是郵政業務，記得別抽錯了，不然人多的時候要重新排隊是很尷尬的
