One of my favorite book store/cafe in Taiwan, the truth is if we judge it just on cafe -or- book store it is a 3.5 to 4 star at the most. But this place does so many little details so well that I can't help but fall in love with the place. From the book selection, the homey vibe, the friendly staff. Service is good but a bit on the slower side when it is busy. At the end of the day I love the place, it is likely you won't like it as much as me but nevertheless it is worthy for a visit if you want to be in a calm, relaxing place for few hours.

A hidden gem on a quiet lane. Was there at night when they are the only store with lights, might miss it during the day. Like most independent bookstores, don't expect comprehensive selection as their limited area would not allow it esp when they have to house a cafe within the already constraint space. Nevertheless, their books are well curated and the lively vibe makes one wants to stay as long as possible to browse through all the books it has to offer.

Such a great collection of Chinese books, great drinks, beautiful location and vibe. Even the bathroom is interesting. One of the best cafes in Taipei. Great for study or socializing.

Super small entrance on the ground floor, once walk thought the tiny old stairpath, the second floor welcome you with bright room and wide open space, and lots of nicely select books, and a coffee shop. It was chill and quiet, people come here to read or work on their laptops, beautiful place with everything in harmony.

There were three of us who were looking for a cafe to work. The shopkeepers were super friendly to arrange a table for us and provide us an extension for charging our laptops. The books selection is nice too. Strongly recommended!

Friendly staff. The Costa Rica single origin did show the hint of honey. Many books are available to free your mind.

It is a cafe bookstore. Very relaxed and good place to drink a cup of coffee and randomly pick one book to indulge yourself in the coffee and book.

Good selections of books. Hard to find titles, covered authors from all over the world. Really nice deco, airy, clean and pleased.

Situated in a small ally with a lot of characters. You can spend the whole day here reading, exploring, or sipping tea/coffee.
