Some people in the store did not spoke fluent English, but they were willing to help me despite that. There was one guy who helped me a lot, he spoke very good English. Helped me make the right decision about choosing my lens for my camera. Thanks a lot for the help! Overall I had very good experience. Will visit again and again.

Let me tell you frankly! I got an awesome repair service! The most amazing part is that the agents are just awesome, kind and helpful and I have to say extremely intelligent. I have been in a many a Sony stores throughout the world but this one is one of the best.

有一位戴眼鏡瘦瘦的男店員，應該是陳先生(聽口音非台灣國籍)服務態度很好，很有耐心聽我們的需求，詳細介紹相機和鏡頭的不同。

因為自己是Xperia 5 ii的綠線螢幕受災戶，所以想換1 iii 或 1 iV。但是聽說1 iV 的相機沒有1 iii來的清晰，但是其他新功能又非常吸引我，讓我陷入糾結許久。所以今天10/12(三)18:00~19:50就跑來台北101直營店測試了1 iii 和 1 iV 的相機。

感謝店員們讓我可以放心的仔細測試兩台機器的功能，還有試用我自己的鏡頭夾具減光鏡等。他們也在一旁一起看我測試了快兩小時，後來也一起加入幫忙測試，幾乎像是某某研究單位同事的感覺🤣。

後來也順便看了一下單眼相機。雖然最後什麼都沒買就離開了，不過店員們的服務和解說都非常認真，也會幫忙分析和推薦各產品的性能，還有優惠方案和省錢秘訣。

賓至如歸的感覺，非常謝謝他們讓我完全沒壓力的讓我做比較。🙏✨
