Dingtoue Sandbar

Quick weekend getaway. Middle East like ambiance in this place. Free parking area. This is the most western part of Taiwan.

Be careful the navigation of Google will direct u into the sand! If you drive, please take off your car before enter, otherwise your car will suck with sand. BTW it has a very great landscape!

Lovely spot from which to observe the sunset. Not too many people around. The sand dunes are a challenge to walk across but fun. Worth the visit.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Dingtoue Sandbar and it was a truly incredible experience. The expansive sandy promontory offers breathtaking views of the marina and the surrounding area. great place to enjoy the sunset, very easy access, but there are no buses, you can only use motorbikes or cars

Sand bar in most west of Taiwan

I've lived in Taiwan decades and I never knew of this place. It's a large sand dune bordering the sea. We were there at sunset. I heard it is frequented by visitors for the sunset.

⚠這邊汽車開進來會車不易，路很小條～
沙質很細，走起來彷彿在爬山...這邊可以練腳力～

此處無遮蔭～很曝曬

有工作人員維護環境與清潔
不過地方太大了，坡度又陡峭部份尚未清理完畢，希望遊客們不要再製造垃圾！
⭐給一個乾淨的地球環境

有好幾區沙灘很乾淨，不過沿路走過來還是會看到一些垃圾，不過位置很刁鑽 實在不好撿。

這邊不是平的沙灘，而是起伏很大的沙灘，走路時要小心不要滾下去。畢竟可能會有碎玻璃...
⚠高低落差會有兩層樓以上～

從建勵筏釣走到國聖燈塔有一大段路！感覺走一個小時不是問題 （通常會邊走邊拍過去）
似乎很多人是從另一端離燈塔比較近，那邊不確定是否好停車

這邊拍夕陽很美，台南的沙灘消失了很多，這是為數不多的優質沙灘了....

壯觀絕美的沙丘，距離海水有很長的距離，沙丘的高度非常高，遠看彷彿沙漠般的既視感，沙子非常細緻，不會很粗踩起來很舒服，天氣好很值得在這裡駐足一個下午欣賞美景、拍照。隔壁是國聖燈塔，台灣最西點，也值得去走走看看

夏天的時候個人覺得蠻適合下午三點後再來的，比較不會那麼熱。要來這裡的話可以先導航"建勵筏釣"後在往沙灘的方向走來蠻好找的。這裡算是很有特色的海邊很推薦來看看
另外建議三點後來的原因還有這裡的夕陽很漂亮。
