Tainan Art Museum Building 2

The architecture and design of the building resembled a tree under the sun, casting beautiful shadows in the interior space. The galleries were easy to go walk through and the artwork was not too demanding. Perfect for a casual afternoon.

I only managed to visit the building 2, which is nearer to my hotel. I purchased the ticket through Klook app on that day. Hassle free and convenient. Love the exterior and interior, all in white and simple, yet artsy.

Impressive new architecture in old Tainan. White walls in different shapes. See the light from the rooftop holes changing the art museum walls. Even though the place is quite big, the amount of artwork is not too big. It is easy to concentrate

The art work and the building structure totally different compared to the old building. There are quite lot of artwork pieces by different artists. Not a really fan of artwork but some of it is really nice.

Basically just go in and take picture of the building. Night time can take picture of the outside building, it is more beautiful when the lights are on.

Both the museum building 1 and 2 are so beautifully designed. They capture the natural sunlight on the wall and it becomes a piece of art which will change according to time.
The entrance tickets are good for both and both are magnificent

The museum itself is interesting architecturally. The galleries are pods that are laid out around a central core void for the circulation. Outdoor terraces are all around along the exterior.

I like the way they categorized the collections into multiple sections, so it's easy to follow, although the amount of installed arts aren't as much as I thought. However, the architecture of the building is the main attraction in my opinion. It was beautifully designed and unique. The cafe provides amazing coffee and dessert, while the terrace offer better Tainan's city view.

Great museum. It has some beautiful gallery exhibits. You can see it all in about 1-2 hours at the most. Only $200NT for adults to get in.

A cool place to stay and you can find interesting artistic demonstration here. You can park ur car here and ride ubike around if necessary...

Beautiful modern art museum! Currently showing the precious exhibits from Taipei Palace museum. Great architecture itself. Accessible paths. Free wifi. Plenty water refill.

Beautiful art gallery in an incredibly white and polished space. The building is minimalistic yet well designed. There's a cafe on the third floor and a restaurant on the fifth floor. The ceiling is almost entirely made if glass and lighting here during the daytime is incredible.

I had coffee and dessert at the restaurant upstairs (Lumiere). There's a 200ntd minimum order per person. The lemon tarts is beautifully presented and the peanut butter banana latte is unique and quite rich. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a place with art, culture, food and AC 😊

Uniquely beautiful architecture that invites in the lights and scenery of Tainan. Different galleries neatly display various angles of art, with the ones highlighting local artists and artworks the most fascinating. A place where I can peek into the ancestry and history of Taiwan. There's also a café in the top floor where you can sip and enjoy the day.

Definitely a must visit place for art lovers and tourists!

what a lovely museum! Many intriguing art exhibits. we spent all morning exploring the many floors. the cafe on the top floor is a great photo spot.

Good place to come and chill with family and friends! The tickets are affordable and time to time there are new events as well! Do drop by and have a nice peaceful time enjoying art pieces!

A very modern, clean and beautifully built art museum. The building itself is something to enjoy, I especially loved the glass ceiling and walls.

The galleries are organized by letters and the museum's map is this beautiful 3D model.

Overall I really enjoy my time there with my friends.

There were a lot of people that day however, and a lot of them were there to just take photos of themselves... And not look at the art, which was a bit frustrating to me, but besides the point I guess haha.

Lots of exhibitions inside and the ticket isn't pricey to enter. Outdoor rooftop is a nice place to sit and chill take pictures and to relax after a long day of walk!
