Taipei Gongguan Post Office

For international students who want to open bank account, I recommend this place. The staff was nice and patient, carefully guide me through all details. However, you need to come early to avoid long line because the counter is limited.

This is my go-to post office in Taipei. It's always clean and well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in line, and they always seem to have enough staff on hand to handle any crowds. I highly recommend this post office to anyone who needs to do any postal business in Taipei.

Had a pretty good experience here when came to get a new debit card. The staff member was very polite and got me a new one within 10 minutes.

Pro tip: Would advise to come as early as possible (close to the opening time) to avoid having to wait for long

Very convenient location with some of the most friendly and helpful staff of any Taipei post office. Most of the staff speak English - which is needed working next to the international university. They work hard but always greet you with a smile and a warm greeting. They are quick to give good advice for the best delivery options. The office is clean ,and well organized. The postmaster of this station should be proud!

Nearest post office from my house. They have volunteer to help us write address in mandarin.

好友住高雄 但支付[台北 公館郵政信箱]的年費很不方便, 工作又忙,
昨天電了客服, 有告知方法, 但到了郵局窗口, 工作人員對這樣的問題, 一問三不知, 只會回: 妳要臨櫃親繳喔!
吼!氣死人了!
費了些功夫, 公館有位熱心的康小姐告訴我怎處理, 真的是位熱心又負責的員工.
希望郵局可以便民些, 有些人不方便親繳, 是否可以討論一下, 能否像轉帳/儲匯/劃撥..這樣方便的方式來付款呢? 別老是臨櫃 臨櫃又臨櫃的, 連換個鈔也不給換, 服務不周耶.

位於捷運站裡面不需要出站，動線方便，有提供基督教懷恩堂的郵局風景戳章，大哥很用心，幫我蓋得很漂亮。

長輩寄到國外的郵件寫錯電話，離郵局下班只剩下3分鐘，趕緊打電話到公館郵局，郵局人員馬上幫忙更改，真是感謝，而且十分有效率。

在捷運公館站西北方出口B1 臺大師生及水源里居民都知道(羅斯福路4段新生南路台大校門口附近有小招牌，從汀州路遷來15年以上了)承辦多種郵務，辦事方便

一走出公館站3號出口，右轉就到。
櫃台蠻多不算小的郵局，平日早上人不多，免等候。免走出建築物，免風吹雨淋超方便。
