Classy department store/mall that offers one stop shopping for all your need and want. In general, the prices are comparable to those department stores in the States and there are some local brand clothing offers better quality/pricing comparable to those you found at Target/Marshall. The bookstore takes up 2 floors, with impressive collections of books and assortment of stationary.

I'm comfortable in the place, although the floor where I'm going is very confusing, maybe because I'm new to the mall department store..but 100 percent the staff is very kind and there are many choices of brands like shoes and perfumes, cosmetics.

Great mall, has most things you could ever need. Great selections of clothes, electronics, an awesome bookstore at the top, and multiple restaurants. Not to mention the great views from the top facing the mountains!

We go here every Saturday for the night market. Great mall selection. I love going for gifts in the basement.

It's very crowded here during the new year time. Taking kids to have curve their own work at 8th floor. Should be the best department stores in Taichung, and the oldest one.

Buy something, and if you're foreigners, your tax can be redeemed on the 13th floor. Great service!

A convenient Mall but wish they had a movie theater in it

Not the biggest department store in Taiwan but definitely the best.
Very creative decoration with really accepting atmosphere.
One of the most attractive parts are their gorgeous WASHROOMS. Totally artistic and interesting.
Many good restaurants and fashion shops. Great place to hang out with friends and celebrate holidays with family.

Luxury

Great mall. It is next to a university and attracts a younger crowd. It's therefore full of quirky, hip stores and restaurants, as well as the standard big brands and food mall fare. An added bonus is that it's close to the popular Yi Zhong night market, which expands the selection of food and clothes available.

Yet another shopping mall. It's good enough. Has variety of restaurants.

Can't find a better mall in the neighborhood area if you live in TC long enough. The management is always doing a great job filtering stores and keep the facility clean. You can see their effort to make it a family friendly environment when visiting 7th floor Tom's world the arcade game cluster, there's no violent games, just some funny zombie cute running selections. Kids like it, so do I. I'll highly recommend it to anyone with kids or with girl friend or wify.

So many parking areas for choice. A shopping centre near the famous shopping street creat great shopping circle.

My favourite department store in Taichung City since childhood. They keep signing new shops so you will never get tired of shopping here. Don't miss their restrooms!
