Le Blanc Taipei

We came for my boyfriend's birthday and we had such an amazing lunch here! Our meal included: carrot soup, raspberry salad, popovers, steak, lobster, fries, strawberry cheesecake, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies. It was one of the best meals I've had in Taipei. Every component of the meal was amazing, from the soup to the lobster to the dessert. Everything tasted well made and fresh. The design of the restaurant is also great, with a very classic and authentic American design. Lastly, the service here was absolutely phenomenal. Our waiter was very attentive and kind, and everyone we interacted with was so welcoming. I would definitely recommend, especially for a special occasion.

So they ran out of the lobster for our visit but truth is, we weren’t there for it anyway. We were there for their burgers and they were indeed tasty. Unlimited fries was a nice bonus (had no idea). The Oreo milkshake was delicious as well. Service quality was above and beyond. Constant monitoring from afar on our needs was much appreciated. Will be back!

Great food and awesome customer service! As a family of five tourists, we visited on December 24, 2023. Although I thought I had made a reservation through their Instagram, it didn't go through. When we arrived, all tables were reserved, and I almost lost hope because my starving kids were with me. We couldn't afford to find another place for dinner in the 6-degree Celsius cold. Luckily, the manager didn't promise, but they all did their best, managing to squeeze us in for a table of five. The food was fantastic, and my kids loved it all! We're definitely coming back here.

We ordered 2 steak sets and 1 Lobster set.
It was a bit pity that they couldn't offer more chips since we made a reservation at 8:30pm and their kitchen closes at 9pm already.
Overall it's quite alright. Staff were friendly, food was good, but maybe not the best place to celebrate a bday dinner if you would also like to have a drink and stay a bit ( they close at 10pm!)

Just randomly decided to dine in, but make sure to have a reservation first if bringing friends or family. I had been here once for the rib eyes steak, and today I came for the burger, it’s perfectly cooked and tasty, with the fries, especially the house white wine which the waiter recommended was good. 😋👍

A must-visit place in Taipei: It’s truly difficult to determine what’s more delicious, their lobster or steak, because both options were amazing. The steak was juicy and flavorful, while the lobster was buttery yet still delightfully crunchy.

Really nice food with great portion and nice environment. This is probably one of my favorite place for family and friends gathering if I’m thinking of steak. They always started with a freshly baked bread, this is just sooo delicious. Salad and soup is of average. Quality of steak and lobsters is pretty good. Unlimited fries are delicious, the wine here is just average but doesn’t bother me for loving this place!

The Bartender Nick is fantastic and I enjoyed sitting at the Bar and conversing with him. 👍👍👍

The steak was good, you can taste the quality of the beef, very nicely done. Good enough to eat and enjoy without any additional seasoning. The lobster was fresh and amazing with the garnishing. Pricy for Taipei, but par for course (or even cheaper) with other countries for a good steak and lobster.
The cake was good, but not really memorable. Can be skipped.

I love the chef’s concept of just doing a few things and do it to perfection! Lobsters and steak, if this is the 2 things on ur list then Le Blanc is the place to go! Staff’s service is impeccable! Definitely recommend anyone to have a try

Hands down the best beef burger I’ve ever had in my life. The beef patty is juicy and very tasty. It can be quite rich so if you also ordered sides, you could feel full real quick.

We also had the truffle mac. It was very yummy.

On a weekday, they were fully booked for lunch, so be sure to make a reservation beforehand.

Enjoyed every detail of this restaurant, the decor is so retro and cute, the food is just as good as I expected.

Awesome flavor and tenderness for the steak and the salad was just delicious.
Unless u come with a big group, I don’t recommend getting side dishes bc you will mostly like be too uncomfortably full.

Definitely want to try the lobster next time.

Really great place for steak and lobster. Lobster are quite fresh and cook to perfection, just the right tenderness. The steaks are great and tasted really good. Very american styles restaurant where the portions are very filling. Soups and salad are tasty. Love their bread!!! Will come back again.

This is one of those places where simplicity really works. The beef was fantastic, seared well, pink through and amazingly tender and delicious, all on its own. The mustard aioli was no let-down and it paired well but the beef was good all naked.

I also had the salad, garlicked broccoli, the grilled scallops and a glass of the Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, Submission.

Didn't quite understand the sugar-coated walnuts in the salad but otherwise the beet dressing had a nice zing to it, and the mint was a refreshing surprise too. Broccoli was a breeze, simple, nicely charred and will do just as nicely with a dash less peppers. Grilled scallops was fresh, well-seasoned and looks great with a beautiful sear, I would preferred 10 seconds more on each side but that was a minor detail.

The cab sauv was the 2nd star of the night, it was full and had an amazing nose. This is one of the most perfumed reds I had in a while with a chockful of vanillas and some hint of raspberries towards the finish. Excellent companion to the beef and smooth as the dinner service. Well done!

The evening ended with a complimentary profiterole which was every bit as simple and delightful as the stars of the night, sweet light and simply satisfying, I didn't even miss my tiramisu all that much.

Really love their bread (not sure if there is a specific name for it). It’s tender and crispy! The onion soup is vualaaaa good! Salad was a bit sour but it’s one of the best salad i’ve ever tasted. Came here for the steak. i think medium rare is much more suitable that just medium. Overall really like the service too! Friendly staff and a good environment for a date hehe

The menu is simply easy, either ribeye steak or lobster. As for lobster, you can either have grilled or steamed. However, if you choose the steamed lobster, it is not cut in half and you have to do it yourself, unlike the grilled one. Either steak or lobster comes with UNLIMITED fries, which is very crispy and tasty. There are also a few side dishes to pair with the main course. But, the thing I love the most is Rose Lemonade! Must-order!

Very satisfied with my steak frites: the steak was properly medium well and the fries were crisp. I really enjoyed the ingredients they used in the salad, though it was slightly overdressed for my taste. Finally, the complimentary profiterole was the perfect ending: the puff was still warm and the ice cream was simply delicious. Will come back again!

Great burgers and steak, Brussel sprouts, popovers, fries (like McD’s in a good way), mac n cheese (if ok with truffle oil), and even has lobster! LeBlanc is possibly the best bang for your steak buck in Taipei. Recommend adding an egg to the burger but skip the bacon. Also the bigger steak for two is the same as the regular prime rib, just bigger (so you can allegedly enjoy more meat at your desired level of doneness). BYOB

Specializing in surf and turf, fresh Boston lobster and prime rib eye. Simple comfortable decor, great service, very limited menu. Salad and soup was pretty good. Tried both grilled and steamed lobsters, still, steamed brings out the sweetness of the fresh lobster meat the best. Great quality. The ribeye, on the other hand, was good, but lacked a bit on flavors. Unlimited French fries was definitely a plus. Burger was pretty good also! Reasonable CP!

My favorite steak place in all of Taiwan. Got the chance to celebrate my birthday here and they were very hospitable. Thank you to Jeff, our server, and the other wait staff for making it a memorable one.

The truffle mac and cheese and creamed spinach are must have sides, the steak is always cooked to perfection, the fries are always the right crispness, and the strawberry cheesecake is heavenly.

Definitely recommend to anyone searching for a high quality steak here and I will absolutely be back here in the future.
