Amaaazing pudding and drip coffee!
The caramel of the pudding is made with some kind of special sugar (which I don't remember the type the owner has told us) but you can tell it's very fragrant, sweet and has a very unique deliciousness to it!

This is a small cozy café. The coffee is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a good place to meet friends and hang out with a book. It's definitely one of the best cafés in Taichung. You should definitely stop by if you are in the area

Drip coffee and pudding are amazing. Hesitate to share this nice small coffee shop because am afraid so many guests are gonna flood in. But honestly, this vantage-decor coffee shop is a must-visit for every coffee lover.

I don't usually drink coffee, especially cold, but this one was simply delicious (Sea salt coffee). Perfect enjoyment while watching the process of dripping coffee. The place was quite busy, even on a weekday afternoon. The dessert was tasty, a bit salty and not too sweet. Many cute little details around the café so your eyes will be occupied even without WiFi.

A must visit cafe for those who loves something different and unique. I reccommend having Bailey's Coffee (Hot) with Mount Fuji (pudding) for desserts.

Friendly server and convenient parking for those who drives.

店內的座位沒有很多，但是是一個很放鬆的環境。很多咖啡廳會有一個致命傷，就是環境過於狹窄令人幽閉恐懼，這家不會！四面都很通風寬敞，甚讚😻

蒸布丁上面還有灑鹽（老闆娘說是鹽之花），在焦糖甜味之外還會有突兀的鹹味，跟雲霄飛車的下坡一樣，缺一不可哇。

咖啡凍奶酪只能說跟我的電波沒有對到，但朋友說很好吃。

冰角很推薦給愛喝牛奶的瓦，會慢慢從奶味濃喝到咖味濃，一杯的變化跟雞尾酒一樣有前調後味，各不相同。

價格真的不會貴，咖啡廳多到跟流浪狗一樣的台中內，算是中上的品種狗（好糟的結語

這次坐的位置是紡織機改成的桌子，踏板還可以踩動，坐在位置上看著窗外陽光灑落進來，在忙碌的生活中體驗到短暫的寧靜悠閒時光☺

店內提供許多咖啡的品項選擇，不過我對咖啡沒研究，就點了大家大推的冰角咖啡☕看著冰磚融化十分療癒，第一次用碗喝咖啡，蠻特別的體驗，甜點大推🍮手工蒸布丁跟🗻搖擺小山丘，擺盤很療癒，餐具很療癒，吃起來也很療癒，捨不得吃完啊～有機會還會再來的！

手工蒸布丁 $70
外層Q彈內部綿密奶香味較為濃厚，最驚豔的是黑糖的苦味以及微微地鹽巴鹹味和布丁非常搭，黑糖的苦味相當明顯與布丁的甜味彼此互相襯托再佐以微微的鹽巴鹹味整體的味道非常棒。

阿法奇朵 $120
冰淇淋單吃的話相當濃郁但有點甜，可是搭配上咖啡後便非常剛好，尤其是咖啡濃郁的香氣很好地包裹冰淇淋的奶香使得彼此可以互相平衡襯托彼此的味道非常讚。

燻雞竹炭吐司 $100
在吃一輪甜點後來上一塊非常舒服，吐司外層相當酥脆內層保留一點點鬆軟非常剛好，燻雞也不會柴跟醬料搭配起來非常好吃。

搖擺小山丘 $70
慕斯淋醬打得相當細緻綿密口感相當輕盈而奶香鹹香相當充沛，咖啡凍和奶酪屬於較為Q彈的口感但咖啡非常香，整體吃起來像固態的拿鐵！

巴斯克 蘋果威士忌 $90
口感相當鬆軟綿密非常喜歡！蘋果的果香也平衡了一些乳脂感讓整體不會太膩口，可惜的是威士忌稍嫌不明顯。

很有意思的小店，店內氛圍輕鬆。
冰角拿鐵很滑順香醇，冰角也是用咖啡製成，喝到最後也不會被稀釋，口味保持一致，用碗裝咖啡很有一股江湖味哈哈。
布丁不會過甜，口感滑嫩，大人小孩都適合吃。
