但交通方便

但器材比起其他館更新更多樣一些！
Aurthur教練很專業
帥氣！
親切搞笑

會針對不同學員的需要
設計練習菜單
椎間盤有受傷過的學員
經過教練指導注意不同姿勢和用力的方式
就可以安全的練習

還會叮嚀學員傳每天飲食照片
針對飲食習慣給予建議

近十年老會員，教練和老師們人很好，不會硬推課程，器材維護得很好，教練推薦Berg課程之餘還會監督飲食。
