Best carrot cake I’ve ever had! I had many carrot cakes (in the US) that were overwhelmingly sweet with too much frosting, but this one has just the right amount of sweetness! I had my parents try it as well and they also approve!

Great desserts!!
As an American these desserts remind me of home. The recipes are identical to what I’d eat in the USA and that’s rare for Taiwan.
Prices are average to a bit higher but for quality and excellent taste I’ll pay it. The price is worth it.
I have favorites such as the amazing carrot cake and apple pie but I’ve always enjoyed anything that I’ve bought there.
Highly recommended!

i personally think their best cake is the brownies (50ntd), caramel apple cupcake, oreo cheesecake (85ntd)

carrot cake (120ntd) and red velvet taste fairly good.

f you like cinnamon, their cinnamon bread is a good option for u!

i've tried their banana pound cake, i think it taste okay. worth to try!

This is a nice place . On the corner. Taichung city. Special desserts. Recommend Tomato gaeltte and Latte coffee. I really enjoy my afternoon tea 。 Really like this America Bakery shop.

Missing the taste of authentic American sweets! Carrot cake, Cookies (chocolate chip, double chocolate, oatmeal raisin) , Pound cakes (banana walnut & whiskey fig), Muffins (lemon & raisin barn), and Hot Apple Cider (winter limited). Yum!

Excellent bakery with wonderful service and quality products. Anytime we’re in Taichung we’ll be sure to preorder and pickup yummy cookies, cupcakes, muffins, etc. Our kids also liked the biscuits as well. Recommend to anyone looking for delicious desserts for themselves or gifts for their friends or family. Two thumbs way up!

Bought the peanut butter and Espresso soft cookies this time. The cookies are not too big, but full of flavor. Wanna try the carrot cake and cupcakes next time! =D

American cookies type (bit on the moist side), all variants are mostly yummy! Lemon cupcake also surprisingly very nice. Also can’t skip their brownies

The best cakes in Taichung. Never really stay to eat. Service is always perfect.

This place is really good. The cookies was so smooth and yummy. But the Brownies was too sweet. The decoration also good but it is too small then people should queue or do reservation first.

Spirited has the best chocolate cake in Taichung. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the right combination of decadent chocolate without overwhelming sweetness. I'd also recommend their cookies, their cupcakes, their pies... The list goes on. I hope they open for outdoor dining again soon, though.

Wow. Wow. Wow. As an American living in Taiwan, it is not taken for granted when I am served some classic American goodies. The creativity, quality, and down right yumminess of these cookies from Spirited are UNMATCHED. It tasted like my dead grandmother came back alive and baked me cookies one last time. The snickerdoodles are extremely yummy. I love also love the size of the cookies here, small and chewy! Not too sweet but still the American style cookies one craves.

Best thing is they deliver to other cities in Taiwan!

LOVE the red velvet cupcakes here. It’s not cream cheese frosting but it’s still good. The employees are so nice, the cookies are good too. Tried the brownie, I wouldn’t get it again. I really just go for the red velvet cupcakes and the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

A great little bakery. If you are looking for home-baked cakes in Taichung, this place should be on top of your list

Amazing bakery with American treats!
Cinnamon rolls and soft cookies are the must try!! Oreo cheese cake is yummy as well! The owners are friendly and sweet!
If you miss the American sweets, this is the place to go!!

There cakes have the texture that I enjoy back home in the USA. Not spongy like most cakes in Taiwan. Rich and succulent. My favorite product is the apple pie though. It's amazing with some vanilla ice cream.
